Decuple Bogey-if it is good enough for the pros.....

Yes.  The odds of my taking a decuple bogey are fairly low as typically when I hit "10" the ball is in my pocket and I am walking to the next hole.

There is a youtube video out there as well somewhere showing it.  For most of his shots he should have had a machete, mosquito net, and a canteen.

Exactly, its a courtesy thing for me as well.  If I am going to mess up that much it is time to just move on and not slow down anyone playing with me or behind me any more than I may already have.

They were going to, but decided it they would have to add 3 pages to the paper to provide the details. :-D
