Everyday weather permits I do a couple swings with a mid iron and five wood on video.  Maintenance.

i haven't practiced short game in months.

5/11-12:

Hit a few bucket of balls each day this weekend and stretched.  Videoed.

13/3/17 - Two things today. Mirror work on takeaway led to me immediately realising that every issue from yesterday's range session was as a result of my weight getting too far toward my toes again at address. Straightaway, everything went back to where it was before, so that's a reminder of why that checkpoint is there for me! Secondly, did some putting work on tempo and distance control - my thought here is short backstroke and feeling more aggressive through the putt, which leads to me holing way more.

Fell off the wagon for 5 days.  Huge work project (ISP/IP space change) made me forget about golf...but it's times like those in which I need a 5-10 minute golf break most!  No excuses :naughty: ;-).

3/12: 10 minutes - continued work with more neutral grip (1/4 swings), then work with turn on full swings w/OW.

Today hit about 30 balls on the range with friends.

hit a few chips and putts

good day results were good and have not hit real balls in over a month

5/13.  Slow tempo swings on range.  Then practice wedge from 75-100 on home course for about 30 minutes.

Lots of cold, soaking rain here in Alabama made for indoor work on 3/13:  15 mins. work on putting, focus on consistent grip and stroke.

3/14: Storm is through northern VA and my shoveling is done. We got off easy here, and my guess is that it was just a few inches, as we turned to freezing rain early on. Not sure I've got the strength in my back to do any slow motion.  I just spent 5 minutes practicing in my brain how to pull my left hip back and around by straightening my left leg near impact.

It says that is valid here below (at 3:40 or so)!

    • Day 430 - 2025-12-04 Slow motion backswings (with chippy shots) with AlmostGolf balls.
    • Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.  
    • Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.
    • Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
