Day 95, February 3, 2022

Spent a long time reviewing some GEARS videos, and… putted for ten minutes in the basement while listening to some podcasts.

Day 57 (03 Feb 22) - Played 18 today as the weather was near 70 for a higher in Eastern NC.  Worked on implementing the anti-chicken wing drill work in the swings. Seeing better overall contact - only a couple of the hits were fat.

Day 42: 2/3/2022

Today was a light golf day. Just putting. 

I did the bead work from Day 15 of the Covid-19 practice challenge.

Day 30: Mirror work again. Working on set up and checking a few things in my takeaway.

Same as yesterday, hope to be healed enough tomorrow for hitting balls.

Day 104 - Did Day 21 low point control drill with my pitching wedge (no ball as I was in the living room) and setup and back swing with a fairway wood.

Day 466: Did some putting rhythm work and Chet’s putting challenge after shoveling and snow blowing wet cement.

Day 58 (04 Feb 22)- Got out to play again today.  However, I did a semi-irons only round, as I only used the driver, fairway and hybrids for tee shots. All other shots were irons and wedges(as needed).  Used the opportunity to work on the anti-chicken wing drill to improve overall ball striking.  Enjoyed this exercise.

Okay, today was a busy day. I do plan to get some mirror work tonight. But so far I've gotten my putting bead work in. I did the gate drills from Day 15 of the COVID-19 30 day challenge.

Back still not ready for hitting balls so ditto today; backswing rehearsals, transition rehearsals, using LVP camera.

Day 105 - Did the Tiger Woods putting warmup drill then Chet's putting challenge. I won't post again until I beat my currently posted effort (never mind @iacas and @boogielicious....that could take forever)!

Day 59 (05 Feb 22) - mirror work focused on getting the torso fully rotated.

Day 44: 2/5/2022

I just did my mirror work. Getting rid of the extra thing I'm going to say I used to do at that top of my swing. 

I also spent a little time working on my footwork.
