 Granted he's a bit streaky, but I felt it was too small a sample size to think he couldn't fix it.

Yeah, unless the last groups were to throw away shots on the last holes, Tiger would’ve been 5th even with a birdie or two on the finish.

He was a bit tol far behind to start with, and when Rory goes 7 or better under, it’s tough.

It seems likely that even allowing a mulligan on #15 wouldn't have improved his finish position.

After Friday, Tiger was on the periphery. Still a factor, but he had no margin for error. A lot of the good players played well this week, and it's a lot harder to catch them then the guys who've never been under the spotlight.
