That's rather benign IMO. Seemed very calm and deliberate. He didn't slam the club down or helicopter it down the fairway.

I can honestly say I've never been so disgruntled to even think about breaking a club.   I've been upset on the golf course but never "that" upset.

Meh. It’s fine. Good technique, good use of the neck as a fulcrum. Nice clean break with no shouting or ranting. I like it.

No but I've never been that upset at any job.   I've never thrown a computer out the window or smashed a test car into a wall  either.   Maybe I was in the wrong profession but retirement suits me just fine nowadays.

Anyone know if that was an extra stiff shaft?  Agree with @billchao that, as compared to other temper tantrums by PGA players, this is pretty low key. I saw Hale Irwin take a full swing into his golf bag after failing to extract himself from a bunker. This might be the genesis of a fun thread "PGA Players Biggest Temper Tantrums".  Certainly there must be some great footage out there for harvest.

Well, I've batted an "in and out" tray off of a desk, torn up paperwork, and walked out over various issues. Also engaged in various verbal battles when those above me dropped the ball and expected me to pick up the slack! I didn't like that!

I remember seeing footage of a lower tier tour player missing a putt, and holding the putter at the lower end, proceed to whack himself in the side of the head with the shaft until he bent it! I can't imagine what his face felt like after that!
