Clearly there needs to be a set time when the horn blows and it should be official sunset.  It shouldn't be up to a players debate.  Also, Casey quit playing before the horn blew, seems like he could have been penalized for undue delay.

Why? If two players want to play on, why shouldn't they be allowed to?

You'd also miss out on moments like…

Paul Casey is bitchmade. He just couldn't handle the weight of Phils heavy package crushing his soul any longer. The ghost of corey pavin's mustache is not pleased with that turn of events.

Funny leaderboard juxtaposition.

What turn of events, Casey didn't want to finish in the dark as he was still had a lot on the line. He ended up finishing alone in 2nd instead of T2 or worse; and he and his partner won the Pro-Am event. There is a lot more going every week on tour then just seeing who gets the first place check and a trophy.

Players play, tough players win!

Phil (and all real men) would have finished in pitch black dark wearing sunglasses. I guess Casey is going to have plenty of money to buy some bitch mittens with his SECOND PLACE check.

You know I always take Phil's side on any argument but he was in the wrong and he knows it but like he said he does some stupid stuff.

I really don’t think so.  He argued for the option that he felt was best for him.  He was disappointed when he didn’t prevail, but there’s nothing wrong with that.

Phil admitted (on Monday morning) that he had been wrong to have wanted to continue.  He thanked Casey for making the right choice for him by deciding not to continue.  Phil said that sometimes he fails to see the big picture.  //  Phil played amazingly on Sunday.  His knock-down iron shots were totally masterful.  He looked like the young Phil -- or, better yet, the young Tiger.

    • No rain while I was out (9am to 11:30am). Fairly pleasant for a late November day in the Mitten.
    • Day 56 - 2024-11-25 Did the BAD Challenge and hit a bunch more other little shots. This was one of the closer shots.
    • 70 today. The number looks good but, the course is a par 67 (5,110 yards, 64.3/115.). While the 70 took quite a few good shots to achieve, I am not counting that as shooting my age.
    • Played our town’s executive course this morning. Everything is closing but for now Huron Hills remains open. #13 is shaped like an upside down backwards L (dogleg left). Only 231 yard par 4. Dogleg has a tree guarding the corner and a sand bunker guards the green for those cutting the dogleg. Tiny green. About 10 years ago or more I would try to cut the dogleg. The hole is so short that even if one tangled with the tree or was bunkered, par was likely and birdie was still on the table. Now in my 70’s, I just hit it straight and try to wedge it close for birdie. Today I screwed up and pulled my drive. I wandered around a bit when my ball was not in the bunker. Finally located it on the approach to the green. Almost chipped in and tapped in the 2 inches for birdie. Best unintentional shot of the week. 😲
