    I don't think it would even come down to being an asshole. I don't want to let someone through so they can pay less while I pay more.

    I pay $16 starting at 4pm. For an extra $10, I can take a cart. I have played as many as 45 holes before (from 4 to 930ish) while using a cart on a relatively empty course.

    The twilight rate at my house course kinda works like this. I pay a set rate to play until dark. If I play fast, I play more holes for the same price. I love it. In fact, I almost exclusively play at this time of the day.

    It sure is great to have a world class short game and get up and down for an 8 though. Otherwise one would have scored a 10....

    Interesting. I am traveling to California for some business training next week. I have traveled across most of the northern half of the nation (not the NE) and felt completely comfortable. I have to say it feels a bit uncomfortable and disconcerting for myself to travel to Cali. I think it is just different view points. I am fairly certain we will both be fine.

    My Bucks finally have a player worthy of MVP talk!!!! That's all I have to say for now. Hoping this thread (because of his rising superstardom) becomes very long over the coming years.

    Very interesting. I typically don't have an issue leaving the phone at home (or going somewhere without service), but I certainly enjoy my time "catching up" when I get back. I also have a different take on the corporations "having" to solve the problems. I don't see it as a mandatory thing. If they want their employees to be the happiest and most productive, though, they may "have" to... It would just be smart business at that point.

    Wish granted, but now you have to work around the clock on Sat and Sun, and it takes 3 days to recover so you still only get two days of down time. I wish I had a brand new boat and truck to pull it with.

    I agree with @bkuehn1952 that a "major" is mostly public perception. While I don't view the Players as a major, I do hold it a step up from other tournaments.

    @Blackjack Don, Erik has always said to find your priority piece (usually need a competent instructor to diagnose) and work on it. I think that's as close as you are going to get to finding a "system".
