You can get a real good cigar at that price range.

See holts.com

I prefer Padron, Ashton and Davidoff at that price range.

Ashton's La Aroma De Cuba - usually around $7 for a robusto around here (mind you we do not have a state cigar tax in FL)

Torano Master $5-$6 (robusto)

Rocky Patel Edge $6ish (robusto)

Not a big Davidoff fan, but completely agree with the other two.  Padron X000 series are tough to beat for the price.

I try to avoid putting anything in my mouth that is grown in China.

I love these small gauge cigars called Macanudo Maduros.

Nice easy smoke, lasts over 9 holes.  Lot of flavor packed in a small cigar.

Does anyone else enjoy a good cigar during and after a round? If so what are some of your favorites? I'm partial to Punch Signature , Aurteo Fuente Hemingway and MUWAT.

Romeo y Julietta.

Inexpensive, but very very good. Had them since I was 16 or so. I personally feel that it's not the price but how you light it that determines quality. I use wood matches only and feel they taste so much better.
