Those are actually very similiar to my distances. I'd say that with a really solid drive I am closer to the ~280 mark, and a solid 3-wood closer to 240, but my irons are the same as yours. My wedges are kind of messed up but I rarely take full swings with them anyway so honestly I am not sure. My irons are old and extremely outdated so I would probably gain some good yardage if I could afford some new ones.

The only reasons you will hit newer irons further is either newer clubs will have lower lofts than your older irons (ie: a current PW usually has a degree from 46-48 and old clubs usually have a PW at around 49-50 degrees of loft) or you just can't hit your old clubs solid.

My new irons just came in last Friday, so I've gone to the range a few times over the past two or three days for the sole purpose of getting these numbers. These are assuming I get a decent shot on the ball, which is easier said than done for me at this point :p

???? Tiger can easily carry it 300 yards. I don't know where you got those distances from.

Also delofting is natural in a sense. The degree of the club is measured with the shaft even with the club head, but when you hit a ball your hands lead out in front of the club head which then causes the club to have less than the number of degrees it says it has.

That's because Tiger swings at about 80% on most of his iron shots for control. If he wanted he could hit a 6 iron 220 yards. Most Amaturs swing almost nearly as hard as they can.

These are the yardages I use as a baseline (sea level, summer heat), and I add or subtract off them given the conditions:

Driver - 300
15 hybrid - ?? (came in the mail on Friday)
3 iron - 225
4 iron - 210
5 iron - 195
6 iron - 185
7 iron - 175
8 iron - 165
9 iron - 150
PW - 140
50 - 120 (3/4 swing)
54 - 105 (3/4 swing)
60 - never swing full, only use around the green or from 40 yards and in
Putter - in the hole
