What are folks doing for a warm up for this? I am having trouble getting loose the last couple of sessions. It’s cold a raw out. I’ve been doing active stretching followed by some of my drill work. When I feel warm, I do the SuperSpeed Phase 1. 

Also, @iacas, what Mach 3 training device are you using? I may try that as well.

I was messing around with a buddy today swinging as hard as we could regardless of contact. Max driver speed was 131mph, and green speed stick got to 140mph (using super speed radar). Most driver swings were around 126/127mph. Honestly couldn’t believe the numbers. Not sure if I can improve on that. What felt like normal driver swings in the beginning were 118mph. At the end of the session, I tried to slow down and go for contact, and hit a good one at 123mph. I wouldn’t expect to keep that but if I could swing normal and get 120-122 consistently, that’d be awesome!

It is the max green stick and max driver hitting a ball.

The link on the very first post in this topic isnt working for me either, but the one @iacas posted on Dec 31st worked for me just now.

I do have a question and maybe I missed it when I was quickly catching up in this thread, but I'm a bit confused which swing/colored stick is the one that we should be recording and entering in the spreadsheet for Days 1,2,3. (I get that Column C is the baseline driver speed before starting the program)

Yes, measure with the blue.

Anyone who measures with the driver hitting a ball, bold your speeds. I’ll add a note to the first post later on.

Okay I am confused about the protocol and posting.

I posted my average driver speed.

What is Before and After        Med and Max?  Step by Step how is this determined.

Do I do a series of swings with the Blue Stick BEFORE I start the Level 1 Protocol and then after I am done.  How many swings for Med (which I assume means average)?    HELP!!

    • Last year some serious wind took down a tree and it was laying horizontally. Played that course a lot, for golf reasons, that day was the first time I ever hit one anywhere near that tree. Because of course it was.  It was under the fallen trunk/branches so much that even after taking an unplayable and relief I had no swing. It felt really dirty but the guy I was playing with said the fallen tree didn't have any option for free relief and since I had not realized it was under the tree from the box, and did not want to do the walk of shame on the first tee with multiple groups waiting...ugh. Sometimes the rules feel penal, but then I remember I am the one who made the sub-optimal swing in the first place. 
    • Too bad we lost Ned Beatty. He would’ve been good.
    • Jonah Hill would be my pick. 
    • We are entitled to nothing from Tiger and that is what we will get. Tiger's branding is strong and a non-statement is probably his best strategy.  As taxpayers, we are entitled to whatever accident reports and investigations were done by the public agency under the public records laws of California.
