That one really had me scratching after a poor start.
Hardest one so far.

That was one heck of a guess

Yeah, I really was just trying to get as many other letters as I could get rid of and use the two I had and I guessed the word correctly.  Go figure.

Knew the first four letters on the third try, brain fart on the fourth, got it on the fifth.

I took the route of eliminating letters (while still making a word).

Had narrowed it down well. Just had to put it together in the last one.

With the initial three letters I got after tries 1 and 2, I knew there were two likely configurations of those letters in a word. First one was wrong, so pretty much knew the word on the 4th try.

    • Would You Rather # 50 This one is based on something I deal with each time I swing the club.  For me it’s a  transmet amputation / skin grafts on the left (lead) foot from a motorcycle wreck. Likewise we have all heard about Tiger’s struggle with his rebuilt right ankle / leg since his wreck.  I am sure he feels it on every swing. So here’s the question- Would you rather: (1) Have to deal with a lead foot you cannot fully load (get weight forward). or (2) Have to deal with a trail foot/leg you cannot fully load (get weight back) to push off.
    • You have it backwards.  It was ALWAYS referred to as the British Open in the US until relatively recently.  You may have started golf in 2002, but it has been around a lot longer than that.  That was the point of my comment about Jack and Bobby Jones (and, unspoken, everyone in between) calling it the British Open.
    • Well… he only needed one putt on the 6th today.
