Picked up a new TM Raylor 19* - of course I'll have to wait until the snow melts in 3-4 months to try it out.
Heading to Golf Galaxy Thursday night for their Advantage Club event ... planning on picking up my son-in-law a few last minute gifts ...

Titleist Vokey 60.10 spin-milled wedge. They will no longer be making this after this year as the grooves are illegal after 2024 (for amateurs).

Saw a pretty nice '09 Vokey SW for $25 that was just really dirty so I guess they gave him a low trade in value. His loss=my gain.

Just bought a box of Pentas for $32... I still like the Tour Ds that I've been playing but at that price I thought I'd give the Pentas a shot.

Went in to get my 8 iron shaft replaced and left with a new clevland cg15 56* sw.....you know, the whole year of the wedge deal.....lol. Like my cg15 60* so I figured I would get the matching sw while I still can. Also a box of balls and bag of tees.

Classic #2 by Cleveland. Love the feel on this thing, Gonna paint fill the gold to orange and get a Iomic Orange grip for this puppy.

Then I put on 2 red Premio grips on my Vokeys and 2 blacks on my irons. love them, gonna finish the set.

Callaway X-forged wedge 58% loft is an amazing club and the price is insane. Got mine earlier this month at Golfsmith for $55. Enjoy the wedge set up you bought.

That is so funny about the year of the wedge thing. Great sales ploy they have them set up all over the store and are begging you to buy them. I went with the Callaway X-forged vintage in 58 and 54. I am a such a sucker. But love the clubs.

I get them for $25/dozen and still don't play them.

Everytime I play them I just get sad that they're not TP Reds. Still haven't found my replacement for that ball.

They're realllllly inconsistent off the tee. Balooning is pretty common and they're just way too spinny. They just love the woods, I swear. From 200 in though? They're great. Awesome feeling ball. I just can't get them to stay in the fairway enough to really want to play them.

Titleist Vokey spin milled 48 degree and for reasons I will never understand about myself a Adams Speed Line Fast 3 wood. And had 5 Crosslines added to other clubs  never converted.

Last week my Bobby Jones/Pelz 48* PW was delivered, and a Bobby Jones 17* FW and 21* Hybrid are scheduled to be delivered on Friday.

Also for Christmas I got a Kodak Playsport camera, a Callaway uPro GPS, a nice bag rack with shelves, a couple boxes of balls, and a chipping net.
