Ahh, that thing didn't come close to hitting him. When I heard about it on the news, I thought someone actually hit him with it.

Did a camera catch the guy throwing a sausage at Tiger?

Odd, Tiger's usually the one throwing the sausage.

I can see why for this instance, it doesn't look good for their image (CBS/PGA), but when they pull action shots like slow motion video of swings, action that you actually want to watch, that doesn't make sense to me.

And a hot dog has no weight, you can't get any distance on it. Amateur. How about an apple? Anyways, sequins are all the rage these days.

It has some weight. I believe I would be able to throw a hot dog some distance. Not the bread perhaps, but the sausage. For all we know, he might have a grudge against the green, which is why he threw it at it. Mere coincidences put Tiger on it at the same time. With all the US broadcasters and course guys floating on a cloud about how wonderful every tournament is and everything is picture perfect all the time, I enjoy these oddities. God knows, perhaps Tiger got out of his head for a second because of it and could relax a little out there.

Frozen more distance, cooked, more of a crapshoot. It's a moot point though. When you're drunk, you can't throw anything with accuracy, especially with no space.

US golf teevee distorts so much. They turn up the contrast, go out of their way to not show any ugly backdrops, etc...  The saccharine gives me cavities just watching.

Maybe it was a veggie hot dog. If you've ever tried to eat one, you'll understand how it could make someone go berzerk.

The guy definitely lost the flying wedge when he threw that bun. He also needs to push his hips forward more if he wants to actually reach Tiger next time around

LOL.  Between that quote and the (in)famous, "F*ck me"--or whatever it was that he actually said, I think the Big Easy just became my idol.

    • I’m not sure I agree. It’s just what the majority find more entertaining. Most people prefer women’s gymnastics over men in the Olympics. How much hype is there with the men’s compared to the women’s? I bet you can rattle off several big names in women’s gymnastics and only a handful of men. Women’s tennis …same thing. And sure enough, their purses are the same. However, WNBA, awful…LPGA, not near as much interest than PGA. Don’t think it’s really that complicated IMO.

    • Hence your Avatar!😜 I drink a lot of water during the day if I’m playing or exercising. I get cramps otherwise.
    • If you walk up to a food/drink kiosk at Magic Kingdom and ask the person for a cup of "magic water" they will give you a small cup of Sprite for free. About 3 fingers worth. They don't sell alcohol at MK anymore so I go over to one of the courses while she hangs out there.
    • This isn't some kind of natural fact. It's a lot more complicated than this implies.
