Even par (72) on a relatively easy course, 2 under (60) on an executive course.  Best round (imo) may have been a 7 over 79 on one of the hardest courses I've played.

67 is lowest for me and that was with 9 pars on the front and 6 birdies and one bogie on the back.  Interesting round.

That's actually a good question and thread.  Much better than the ole "how far do you hit any given club".....

Even allowing for some slop in the honesty factor you can correlate the answers to the posted handicap index and you'll gain some good insight as to what it really means to play to any given handicap.  A lot of people will be surprised to learn how good you have to be to shoot break par, 80, 90, etc..... on a consistent basis.

My personal best is 73 on a full par 72 track.  34 for nine.......which I clearly remember following up with a lovely 41 on the back.  I got skills.......

I seldom shoot 75 or better and my index is current.  May drop a tenth here on the first.

1 under 71 last year and my best on 9 holes has been a 34, 2 under. My goal this year is to shoot a round in the 60's.

81, on a relatively difficult (for me) course with some narrow fairways.  My driver was finally firing properly (only one Big Miss - push - to the right) and my putting was OK (only 1 2-putt).  Also, I'd recently had a chipping lesson and that really boosted confidence around the greens.

Maybe some time this year I'll post about a round that's under 80 ....

My career lowest score was a 77, quite a few years ago.

Interestingly enough, just two weeks ago, I had a killer front 9, only 2 over par. But then hacked the back 9 up and shot an 86.

6 under 66 with a hole out eagle from 120 yards at the 18th lol. Best competitive round is 2 under 70.

I've had my four best rounds this year. About a month ago had a 78, two weeks ago shot 77, this past wednesday shot 76 and today I shot 75. The 76 had a -1 back nine.

tournament: 74 on a shorter 18-hole course, 36 for a longer, harder course on 9-holes.  Non-tournament: 69 (-2) on a shorter, easier 18-hole course, and 74 on a long, championship style course.
