Kelly Tilghman Leaving Golf Channel

I saw Kelly Tilghman on NBC's Olympic coverage for the past couple of days and Golf Channel still has a bio on her, but even before the Olympics I have not noticed her on the Golf Channel's tournament coverage or on the Golf Channel in general.

Is she being "phased out" of the Golf Channel in favor of younger talent??? Or is she "transitioning" to NBC coverage (since they now under the same NBC umbrella) for more money/opportunity???

Comcast owns the Golf Channel and they also bought the majority stake of NBC Universal last year. The normal golf coverage on NBC was renamed Golf Channel on NBC. So all the broadcasters can switch from doing Golf Channel and NBC Sports broadcasts and vice versa.

wouldn't hold your breath about Holly - haven't seen her on the Morning Drive in weeks.    If TGC fired her, it would be beyond epic fail - perhaps biblical class fail - she is a perfect 10 with a killer golf game - THAT is like hitting the lottery ...

she has like 4-5 years left on her contract, so she isnt going anywhere. She is on GC constantly when the olympics aren't going on.

NBC can use her because she's an NBC employee now too.

I sure hope she is done on GC.  Shes so dry and boring to listen to.  She isnt much to look at either.
