The Jets make me want to gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon. That is all.

Yes it must be very difficult not to know who will be starting at QB on Sunday.

Rory's third cousin once removed.

I don't think bringing in Tony Sparano as O Coordinator helped either.  Rex is a very good defensive coach, but conservative offenses don't win often enough in today's NFL.  Sanchez may be damaged beyond all repair.

I think this is a very good point. Miami's offense when Sparano was there was pretty anemic at times. Miami was the first to introduce the wildcat which the Jets appear hellbent on trying to integrate. I don't think Sanchez is the problem. I think the system and some key personel changed and he is now having many of the problems Alex Smith had before Harbaugh arrived. Changing O coordinators can be really tough on a QB.

I'm glad the Bills are staying in Buffalo.  They have great fans up there who stay with the team in hard times and really nasty weather.  They just need to hire a great coach.  Maybe they could clone Marv Levy.

The Giants play football this year the way I play golf.  Which one is going to show up?  The one who shoots 85 or the one who shoots 102?

That said, beat the Eagles, get the right breaks, and we are IN the playoffs.  And then who knows what can happen?

Hope springs eternal.

But then again, what the hell do I know?

We will probably get the right breaks - but it would be just like us to have everything fall our way while we lose to the eagles

I have no idea why I take so much pleasure in Tony Romo game ending int's. He seems like a cool guy, he's a golfer, he always says the right things in interviews. It's just so much fun to watch the Cowboys fail.

My wife and I met a cab driver in Bermuda who was a huge Cowboys fan, with the exception of Tony Romo.  He hated Romo.  He must be beside himself after last night.

If you're bored at work today or at home tune in to any ESPN Radio Dallas show today. Im sure there will be epic rants about either Jerry Jones or Romo must go. That fan base is something else.

That was an EPIC FAIL by Romo. How could he not have seen the Skins LB dropping back to cover his receiver? He has to move his footies better when being blitzed, but, now that he's getting older, I dunno if this old dog can learn new tricks...

Since the Giants didn't make it, I'm actually glad the Skins did since they have been NFC E bottom dwellers for so long. Plus they don't (yet) have a negative collective team spirit that preceeds them like the drama-queen Cowboys or the nasty a$$hole Eagles. I hope they can handle Seattle's D...

I agree with the announcers last night, Romo got fooled into throwing that pass by the defensive player.  He was under pressure and mis-read the defense.  Unfortunately for Romo (like Sanchez) he makes too many of these types of mistakes and he's been labeled a choker, maybe he is, or just really unlucky.

I'm happy for the Redskins, they had a great draft picking up RG3, Morris and Cousins.  If they and Garcon can stay healthy they could have many more winning seasons ahead of them.

Even before the game, they did an analysis of "how to beat the Cowboys" and they said the Redskins' secondary was good at fooling QBs into believing they're doing double coverage but are actually plan man defense. They brought up one play from their previous game against each other showing that. I don't think Romo adjusted well to that.

Yep, the Skins OLB took a couple steps in looking like he was going to blitz, but then dropped back to cover (Witten?) when he saw him running the out route. Point is, those two were isolated with no one else around, and an experienced pro QB should only take 0.1 sec to see the coverage even under pressure as Romo was, and should throw it deep and outside instead of the weak floater that Romo threw.

The Skins did hit the jackpot last draft, and found a bargain with Morris. I know I didn't foresee the season he had. With Read and Vick outta Philly (and the Cowboys perrenially troubled) it looks like the NFC E will be the playground of DC and NY for the next few...

I thought it was even worse than that. If anybody has it on TiVo, watch it again and you'll see that immediately before the play romo went right up to the rb and pointed to the flat. He basically told olb what was going to happen if he got pressured. Romo played very poorly when it mattered last night. (For some weird reason I was rooting for him and I am definitely not a cowboys fan nor do I like Jerry jones, and I like rgiii. I just really like feel-good stories, and redemption stories, I guess) :)
