The way I look at it I can't be too much worse than last year and it has to be better than I've been doing recently. All that aside it will be fun, getting together and meeting more people from the site is a good time. Not to mention all the extra stuff outside of just the golf itself as an added bonus.

I just called and they had a goof-up with the reservation system. They thought I'd pre-booked all the rooms myself, but didn't understand that individuals would be calling in to reserve the rooms.

Please follow the same instructions I gave before (posting here again just so they're handy). Call the number, reserve the room for you and your roommate, and so on. You can each pay separately when you arrive.

Hotel Plans

Reservations must be made by calling the Days Inn, with a valid credit card, at 814-868-8521 , before 7/23/14. After 7/23/14, any rooms not guaranteed with a valid credit card will be released from this contract.

Please reference The Sand Trap Golf Group when calling the hotel to make reservations.

This is for the Days Inn a few miles from the golf course.

Please find your roommate and book your reservations SOON.

Bummer, there are no more rooms in our group, anyway. I waited too long.

Looks like the normal rate is not too bad, but I'm looking at my best corporate rates in the area.

I think the issue is, everyone rushed in to get the room, reserving them with their credit card. You only need one person per room to reserve the room.

So, if there are people who are paired up, and you both used your credit card, one of you would need to cancel. I asked the Day's Inn today if @Jeremie Boop needed to call in with his CC number, she said no that they would take care of that at check out (splitting the room cost)

I just spoke with them and was told the group was booked as well.

For those who re-book the room. Have them check and cancel your previous reservation. If I didn't ask, I would have been booked for two rooms.
