I want to see Rory at his best (like right now I presume) against Tiger at his best (which hasn't been seen in a long time).

I don't know who wins that hypothetical matchup.

The Tiger fan in me says Tiger. My eyeballs tell me Rory.

Tiger wins. Seriously, the guy won four majors in a row. Two months ago people were wondering when the heck Rory McIlroy was gonna get out of his slump…

I think we need a study about if your sex life affects your golf game. I mean, it is a FACT Tigs was a better golfer when he was banging a steady stream of porn stars, strippers, and cocktail waitresses. :-D :-D

People take things far too seriously. Goodness, no, I'm not saying I "know" the answer because there is no "answer." It's an opinion.

Second I never mentioned a sustained run or a career. I don't think Rory (or anybody else) can match Tiger.

I didn't mention a career either. Tiger's peak was in 2000. He won a major by 15 that year, and won four in a row. That was his peak.

Rory's peak hasn't even sniffed that peak IMO. If he wins the next one or two, that changes.

Came home from camping today and watched the final round on PVR. What a Sunday! Incredible leaderboard coming down the stretch. Can't believe they played out in the dark but certainly glad they did. Helluva 2 week stretch for Rory.

I'm an unabashed Rory fanboy but I actually started pulling hard for Ricky when he grabbed the lead.

      Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.

      Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.

You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere.
