For me, without a doubt, my favorite was NRBQ.  The best line-up was together from the late 70s through the 80s.  Eclectic and unpredictable, and just plain fun.

BTW...When you upload a link it says do not upload anything offensive. I guess that means we shouldn't upload wussy music like Michael Bolton, Boy Bands, Wham, and Air Supply. :)
No Wham???  That's it, I'm out of here.
I'm not big on Wham! Too much fake game show sounding music... I like a lot of music, I like Metallica, Staind, Seether, Hinder, five finger death punch, Slayer, Lamb of God, Coheed and Cambria But I love the classic stuff too... Zeppelin, Dire Straits (Mark Knopfler can finger pick like a son-of-a-bitch), Pink Floyd, Skynyrd, Stones, Golden Earring (some of their lesser known stuff is pretty good too), Scorpions (I didn't realize how much they refined their sound from 1st Album, to Love At First Sting)... CSNY, I love Neil Young's music... How he did this every other album is acoustic deal... I'd like to just sit down and jam with him some time...

What's in Shane's Bag?

It's been a while since I could really identify with a favorite band. Pink Floyd would have to be all time, but Dire Straights, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Clapton, REM ,Beasty Boys, Metalica, KoRn, and Rehab have all dominated my music library and later playlists respectively.

Some good music in their for sure.  Pink Floyd's entire catalog stands the test of time.  Dire Straights had some great songs (really like Sultans of Swing), Nirvana Nevermind never gets old, Pearl Jam Ten is a classic, and of course Metallica (I've already mentioned how much I like Kill 'em All through the Black Album).

BTW...Welcome to the SandTrap @LagShaft
