Wow. Don't think a ball. A descending ball (seems to be descending), even if a flat driver hit would probably have a more vertical flight down and lot less steam. Then again, golf courses tend to have golf balls flying around. Interesting. The garden variety UFO's bigger, no?

Can't think of any reason to think it's not a ball.

There's nothing strange about the video at all.

Wow -  a golf ball flies between the camera and the green.

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.

Hold a pen to the screen at the replay to follow line of flight. Freeze at 0:32. Curving up. In the least it is the weirdest ball flight. Guess chalk it up to camera optics.

Could be a piece of natural debris that just flew by the camera close and thus appeared to be zooming by. Alien invasion is unlikely.

Hope everyone can see the full screen--its chopped off on mine unless you go the the Youtube site. I have to do a little research and see where the 16th is in relation to other holes and the tower with this camera was. The shot could have been one on a closer to the camera hole and just looks weird. And agreed, sometimes a bug or something close to the camera really fools the eye.

I don't understand the controversy. Ball? Debris? Meh....what's the point/question?

Let's roll with this UFO theory. So it has to be an object the size of a golf ball, moving at what appears to be golf ball speed. I don't know how much a golf ball has slowed down at that point of it's trajectory, but let's assume it's moving at 75 MPH, relatively close to horizontally. So it was probably rotating around the Earth in orbit before gradually coming down towards the surface. We've got a high-tech life form who can fire a tiny object very fast right along the curvature of the Earth. Factor in the Coriolis Effect and bing-bang-boom ... you've got aliens. Or there was a golf ball flying through the air at a golf tournament. As if.

Do a google search for "Rods + UFO". They are insects. They move quick and the way the shutter works on video cameras it creates these long "creatures with undulating wings". IF you freeze the video as it moves across, it is EXACTLY the shape described. A long narrow central core with undulating extremities".
