I watched the video and it was really an U-G-L-Y tirade, worst one I've seen in a long while.   The poor girl at the receiving end was pretty smart after all.   The video ended up going viral and she got her revenge.

The reporter only got 1 week suspension although her tirade included a bit about why she works for TV and the clerk does not.   That comment did not put ESPN in good light.

I've been following her on Twitter. Never seemed like a mean person. Obviously what she does in public and private are very different.

ESPN was obviously quick to take action here, and I don't know how this reporter can ever be seen in a positive light for those that end up reading about or seeing the video.. Her good looks will fade, so I hope she can work on changing her distorted view of those that aren't as fortunate as she is in terms of looks and fame.

Low blow. Can't defend that behavior cuz the lady she abused isn't responsible but that towing company is vile in its own right. Lots of lawsuits against them for grabbing cars they shouldn't and charging exorbitant fees to get them out.

What has been interesting about this story is how people are reacting that this towing company that she had the tirade against has an extremely poor customer service record. Some people have said they have been frustrated by them also.

It doesn't justify the personal comments, but it is funny how now people are coming to her defense a little now.

The personal attack wasn't warranted, but I'd be pretty angry if my car was towed without reason too.

      It’s possible the graphite shaft has a small internal crack or a delamination. Tapping it and hearing a vibrating sound is usually a sign the shaft isn’t behaving as it should. Since the store wasn’t helpful, consider taking it to a club fitter or a pro shop that can check the shaft flex and integrity. If it’s defective, you might be able to get a replacement from the manufacturer.

      It’s interesting how much a 3D system changes your understanding. Observing top players in full detail and realizing the trail knee shouldn’t fully extend is a great example of why being open to new info is so important. I like your approach: not trying to be “right,” but trying to teach correctly based on actual evidence. Makes sense why golfers would benefit from this perspective.
