No surprise on Flores making a move. We've got Chris Stroud, Scott Brown and Donald Hearn up there...why not Marin Flores? Only makes the leaderboard look that much more star-studded.

Im fine with kelly and na...i actually like na. Seems like a nice guy, really good game. Its not like he is a low tier player or sometbing....isnt he in the low 20's in the world rankings...top 10 machine etc. Is tiger hitting a "fade". Or is he aiming for a slice and sometimes hitting a hook....he lined up miles left a few times....

Rory and Horschel will be second group streamed on PGA site - start in about an hour. Finding the quality isn't as good (the stream) as Masters.com.

Very bunched leaderboard. Take a guy like Graeme McDowell or K.J Choi, they are both in a tie for 51st place. However, at -2, they're "only" six shots off.

A few sage observations: -Justin Thomas, Martin Flores, Chesson Hadley, AND George McNeill all making runs today!

Who the heck are they (outside of Hadley)?? And I don't like Hadley. That snap thing he does gets on my nerves...plus saw him up close in person and he's a bit of a jerk. And I agree about Pat Perez....some guys can sport the long hair look. He cannot. It looks terrible. Rory's putter is really holding him back from running away with this thing. The last 3 days he's had so many putts from 10-15 feet for birdie (or even eagle) that he's missed. Just an incredible amount.

Do not get "Justin Thomas" confused with his cousin, Johnny Dipshit.

Pat's head is too round long hair makes him look heavy.

Good grief!  Just turned on to PGATOUR.COM and noticed Tiger finished with +3.

He's still a mess.

He needs to play tournament golf every week for the rest of the year!!!

“Men wearing pants so tight that you can tell what religion they are.”.....Robin Williams (RIP)

......was he talking about Billy Horschel?

Kelly has won $27 mil in his career (rookie in '96)/ 3 wins.

Of that $27 mil, wonder how much of it actually made it to his bank account.

Why would you say that ?

Looks like Rory's going backwards today.

    • These are the courses that I remember, but there may be others that I’m not remembering at the moment. I broke 100 atOakland Hills one time, but what I shot otherwise will be taken to the grave with me.    Country Club of the North - Several LPGA tournaments NCR Country Club South Course - 51st PGA, 41st US Women’s Open, 05 US Senior Open (attended) TPC Michigan - Ford Senior Players Championship Valhalla - 24, 14, 2000, and 96 PGA Championships, 11, and 04 Senior PGA Championships, 08 Ryder Cup Oakland Hills - 08 PGA Championship, 04 Ryder Cup, 96, 85, 61 and other US Opens TPC Sawgrass - The Players Championship

    • For me it was combo of good drama and total last man standing collapse... But it showed me once again that "ball rollback" is nonsense...when courses are set up to punish missed fairways and greens, that's where the quality golf (or total collapse) takes place...hurting the rest of us because a relatively few can bomb it 100 yards farther is idiotic...that Young bomb on 18 was gutsy... He misses the fairway with that he likely doesn't win, at least on that hole...
    • Followed by the longest drive on 18 in the shotlink era. That is a tough shot and he stood up there and did it. Fair play to him.
