Played 9 holes Shot a +4 with a triple on the second hole. I played clank the ball off the trees trying to play a very difficult escape shot.

Just returned from the practice green area working just off putting surface in tall fescue using 64/12* wedge baby flop over golf bag. Blade into bag a no no. Then putt to stick.

Hit into my net for 45 minutes.  7i, 4h and driver.  Orange whip for warm up and cool down.  Focused on tempo and light grip pressure.  To much tension makes my ball a push/slice, as evidenced on Wednesday's 9 holes at Mountain View.  Saturday's 9 holes at the par 3 were very good, no tension.  Thus no push/slices.

Spent half an hour chipping, then played a par 4 hole with only my 6i, bogey again. At least it was a tap in bogey this time. Played 18 holes. Turns put my lat muscles feel like jello. They felt weak last night, and when I was eating dinner. Probably will to a restful exercise tomorrow.

Played a practice round dialing in on my chipping distances. Ball striking was a bit better even though I played like crap today.

Took some time to tee off with my different irons and hybrid.

Went to a field near my house and practiced with my 7i. Got some video to send to Evolvr. Also checked distance on 7i and 56dgr wedge.

      Day 1, again:  hit a few balls into the net this morning to make sure my shoulder would be ok and I could keep my tee time.  Chiro and athletic massages have helped my shoulder quite a bit.  Played my third 9 hole round and shaved off another 3 strokes (10 since my first game).  Son and hubby played terribly today and I was only 4 over hubby and 1 over my son (they blamed it on the 101 degree heat).

      Yeah I was equally surprised at both how much it had reverted but then how quickly it came back.  I know it's not fully "fixed", but I now know how much I need to stay on top of it to keep it from reverting back that badly again.

      Shot a lousy 53 on 9 holes. Took 4 drops on the 1st 4 holes.  Two drops on a single hole! 🤬 Did get my game back for the last 4 holes of it could have been worse. one highlight was #8 Par-3 playing @ 190 to the center with a back pin. I chose to play my 5 which I consider my 190 club and I crushed it 205 and was on the top tier pin high.  2 putt for par and won closest to pin on that hole. i could be wrong but I feel like I am taking my eye off the ball prior to contact and that is hurting me.
