Off to the course for a bucket of balls for iron work, the 4 man "best ball". Not my favorite format. Something I need to work on because I like playing my own ball.

15 to 20 minutes mapping my swing and tempo work in front of a mirror. The first part I was working on A1 to 4 and looking at my hip turn to make sure I wasn't sliding back at all. The last part was tempo.

Worked on my downswing piece. Struggle a bit with my early extending issue. It got better when I coupled staying tilted towards the ball more with the right shoulder. I was finally able to take some turf.

Worked on pitching and putting. Getting really good around the green now.

Still struggle with lining up for left to right putts.

Played 9 holes, practiced my short game a lot. Shot 39 out of par 32 @ Billerica Country club back tees front 9 with 2 doubles, 3 bogey. Mostly short game errors. Felt happy that I only hit trees once on this super narrow course.

More reading of LSW. Like the phrase "The one great shot is an anomaly". I think I can do it, but can I really do it? :-(
