Kjeldsen looks like a high school cross country team coach.

Such a disappointing day so far. Best weather all week, Spieth has his B game, and these clowns don't capitalize...looking at you Day and DJ

I'm not into watching 30 hours of golf stuff to see a flash in the pan win. It's a good story and yeah he has won some world wide, but I would like to see one of the big boys win.

He won the Irish Open at Royal County Down last year in one of the best fields the European Tour put out - McIlroy, Fowler, Donald, Lowry, Westwood, Kaymer, Dubuisson etc. I get the point that you'd rather a favourite, but he's a good player - not a flash in the pan.

Currently focusing on: Key 4 - shorter backswing.

What's in the bag: Callaway X2 Hot Driver, Titleist 915F 3 wood, X2 Hot 3 Hybrid, 3, 5-AW Apex Pro irons, 54*, 58* Cleveland RTX, Odyssey Versa 1 Putter

Nerves got to Hideki today. While this is all but sealed, Kjeldsen and Willett are probably the only 2 still with a shot.

Geez these putts look like they are going in but instead flatten out and stop breaking or no break what so ever , and then just burn the hole. Crazy.

Spieth's "team" told him to bogey that hole just to keep it interesting and the ratings up.

Mizuno is introducing new technology with their JPX One fairway woods and drivers. The new tech for golf but used tech for Mizuno since it is found in their baseball side of the business, is Nanoalloy. Nanoalloy is a microscopic polymer layer put on the face of their titanium driver. What this layer does is change the elasticity of the driver face and increases ball speed over a larger area of the clubface. Adding a bit more elasticity with this layer, they are conserving the golf balls energy from the impact.  Due to USGA rules, this technology falls under their coating regulations. Which add a correction factor to the ball speed testing done for conforming golf clubs. This rule was introduced when Taylormade went to their carbon clubface. Which I didn't know existed.  I am sure that center strikes are at the USGA limits like all other drivers. This has my interest. I am always, "window shopping", for new golf equipment 😉
