I dont particularly enjoy watching any of them. But they're all phenomenal talents.  As good as they are, Day, DJ and McIlroy are pretty much the same player. Speith is just boring unless he's on one of those runs where he's draining 20 footers like they're tap ins. Miguel-Angel Jimenez in contention every week is the only thing that will make golf great again.

Of those 4, I like JD the best.  I like his game, his story, and like his personality best of the 4.

I lost a little respect across the board for the guys re: comments and refusing to compete in the Olympics.  Yep, I realize what the Olympics has mostly become.  And that sucks.  But they still irked me.  And several didn't give an honest reason.  Rory's was honest..but wow.  And Rory has continued to say some things that I hate to hear him say.  I don't think he's near as likable as I once thought.  I still like his game.

Funny how many are commenting on that weird something about Speith.  Oddly, I feel that way, too.  Even from the beginning.  No matter how many people out there tell us he's the consummate pro, a super guy, etc.  There's just something hard to put into words that sets off the ol' d-bag radar for me, too.  Interesting.

Hell, ask 10 different people and you'll likely get as many different answers as to who the "big four" even includes...

My favorite is DJ.  Probably because he won yesterday.  Also because he has it all, except for the short putt.  DJ has had so much self inflicted tragedy on the golf course, he deserves our support.  I hope all of them have great careers.  I would like to see Phil win the US open to complete the grand slam.  I would also like to see some Europeans win a major.  Those would be Ian Poulter, Sergio Garcia, and Lee Westwood.

To listen to an interview, I really like Rory.  He's definitely the most interesting person of those four.  Jason Day also gives good interviews.

To watch them play, I think DJ.   What a swing.

As for Spieth, he gives a very dull interview, and I don't really like his swing.  But for some strange reason, I find myself rooting for him all the time.

I love Miguel-Angel Jimenez.   He seems to get the most out of life.

Rory is first for me, and it's not close. His personality and game are tops for me, even if I wish he wasn't friendly with Sergio :-P

Second is DJ, then Day, then Spieth.

Rory is number 1 for me, love his personality, views on the game and life in general. Great to watch on course and actually very approachable. That being said I actually prefer watching Spieth on TV as I thoroughly enjoy listening to his discussions with Mike and see how he tackles his situations, it's just like having your own on course commentator! 3rd would be DJ. I could watch him hit the driver all day long and he has vastly improved his short game. His attitude on the course, neutral whether good or bad things are happening is an effective outlook to have however sometimes I feel like he doesn't care enough. He probably does care a lot but just wish sometimes he would allow himself to express it. Day is last in my view. So painful to watch him play, his nickname Jason "All" Day is very apt. Granted he is a great player but just tedious to watch.
