Would you put a blue driver in your bag?

  1. 1. Would you buy a blue driver?

    • If it was clearly better I would
      16
    • If it was equal to another driver, I’d choose black/gunmetal/graywhite over blue

    • Blue is a show stopper, won’t buy one period

A silly question probably. I am a huge Mizuno fan, but I just can’t imagine having a blue driver. I know there are others like me, but I know there are others who put results above almost all else.

I like my Mizuno's but if the pic below is the driver/woods/hybrids you are talking about, I def have to pass on that.

Considering I used an orange driver from Cobra at one point, I don't think I'd have an issue.

I find nothing offensive about them. Besides, blue clubs are better than blue balls ;-)

Your poll has a very anti-blue bias.  Where is the option for “I prefer blue”?  My Cobra has a glossy white which I like.  If their blue was available at the time I would have thought about getting it instead.  I definitely like the Mizuno blue wedges.

I'd hit a purple driver with pink polka dots if I hit it better than my current driver. Just sayin' ;-)

Yeah I can't really vote in the poll either. It's very biased.

I'd pick the first item, but the second item might be true too… or I might pick the blue one if the performance was the same!

Sorry, my mistake. Hopefully ‘prefer blue’ fits in option 1?

Among several from Mizuno. As much as I covet their irons...

Their irons DO rock for sure.  They have blue wedges as well but I opted for the MPR-12 ones as I like the look and feel of them and got a 52 & 58, barley used, with new grips for $70!

On second thought, the gloss finish is a dealbreaker. Matte blue and it's in my bag :-P

One day if I get really good I'm going to rock some purple clubs. Don't want to be flamboyant without the game to back it up.

Option 1 says "better numbers."

Option 2 says "if the same, black."

Option 3 says "no blue ever."

There's no option for "if the same, blue."

Well, I marked 1, but it would have to be 20 yards longer and half the dispersion. I could have also marked 2, because if that were the case I would go with black or gray.
