We'll see if it sticks this week.

I always receive an email which shows my team picks.

Do the points gain more value in Majors and/or WGCs?

I do not think they will. The Rules are listed under the "account" tab

Patrick Cantlay with an "ACE" today....
18 points with just one swing ....
No wonder @Wally Fairway is in First Place....

Congrats, nice pick this week for all those who had the intuition to pick Cantlay.

Definitely helped your overall standings ...
How did you manage to do it?
Wonder if Support at Golf Channel would like to hear about their glitch.

(2700 - 420.5 = 2279.5) it definitely gave your both scores this week.

All I know is that aside from entering our weekly pool I also put entries into the two contests yahoo were running.

And no worry, I’m sure I’ll be tanking hard for a while, so I bet the points will balance out.

I started out hot, but with guys like Ted Potter winning and DJ being so expensive this is much more challenging than Yahoo was last year....and I like it. I think missing a week is going to kill me this entire season unless I can start to put together some incredible lineups. I've gotten a separate game running for my local group of guys on the site too.

I almost took off two weeks, finishing 17th twice.  And somehow the same guy who picked those teams has 3 in the top 3.  Stupid golf!

I’ve tried to contact yahoo about last week, and they have some survey to click before you can get your submission in.  Unfortunately the link doesn’t do anything when I click it.

I’ll sit out this week to keep things fair, if that works for you guys.

Did you actually get two weeks credit somehow?

Try to figure out how to get your pick to count twice for one week ;)

I'd say make picks this week & we (meaning @Club Rat ) can keep track of the doubled up week and adjust the actual season standings, he is doing a great job!

    • Hi @RetiredOldMan!  I am glad to see you are still playing and having good scores.  I hope that when I am 79, I am not only able to play, but still able to produce as good scores as you have been doing.   I look forward to hearing more of your success and your opinion of the senior flex shafts.
    • Hello Golfing Buddies, It has been awhile since I posted but I am the Retired Old Man that asked for advice because I suffered two "T.I.A.'s about switching from playing right handed to playing left handed.  I purchased a Callaway Edge Left handed golf clubs. I changed the grips to oversize grips.  Well, two weeks ago and still at 79 years old, I shot a 44 and 47 on a small course in my hometown.  I am currently changing my shafts from regular flex to Senior flex.  So, you can see' it can be done! So, you other old timers; get with the program! Blessings to all of you. Retired Old Man (Terry Warner)

    • Probably since the golfer has to swing the club back and up. The hands have to move back and up. You can feel them go back and up just by turning the shoulders and bending the right arm, because it brings your hands towards your right shoulder.  The difference is if you maintain width or not. Less width means a shorter feeling swing path so the more you need to lift the arms. Being as someone who gets the right arm bend at 110+ degrees, it's 100% a timing issue. I am use to like a 1.5+ second backswing. It probably should be like 1 second at most. Half a second or more will feel like an eternity. I have had swings where I keep my right arm straighter and I am still trying to time the downswing based on the old tempo.  Ideally, for me, it is probably going to be a much quicker and shorter (in duration) backswing, while keeping the right elbow straighter. Which also means more hinging to get swing length without over swinging.
