Without seeing your swing, we can only tell you what works for us. You need to find the ball position and aim that works for you, if you want to use that club.

I will be hitting 3 Wood for awhile...
bste replied to HJJ003's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
Ohh man, I am so sorry to hear that. Look on the bright side, if you get a tax refund, you have time to start a search, test and find your best driver. Also if you loved that driver you can get it reshafted. Just a few thoughts. -
Cutting Down Driver Shaft Length
bste replied to Tommy_Boy14's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
@Tommy_Boy14 Welcome Please, don't cut your driver. It sounds like a setup problem "IMHO". It would be best to get a lesson, but in the meantime, Try a little experiment, for driver, setup with the ball in front of your lead foot, no I'm not kidding, see what happens, you may not be getting the clubface back to square. Good luck -
@Ron I use a Sonocaddie v100. It doesn't switch holes, when in the wrong fairway. The wife has a Voice Caddie and it will switch holes. If it doesn't have the hazards you want, you have the ability to map them. Good luck with your search.

My bad, I thought we were talking about the LPGA shortening the Major.

I would suggest, watching the last round of the 2017 Evian tournament on youtube. There was wind, rain and sleet.

IMHO if you are hitting the ball straighter and further, don't change a thing. It doesn't matter what other golfers do, or how they do it. You have done a better job of aligning the "sweet spot" center of gravity of the club head to the ball. When path and club face align you will get longer and straighter shots. Good Job!!

https://thesandtrap.com/forums/topic/94053-win-a-new-cart-from-sun-mountain https://shop.sunmountain.com/push-carts.html I would love to win a Sun Mountain push cart in lime green. Getting exercise and being more visible on the course with a Sun Mountain push cart, excellent !! There are a couple hills that just get to be too much, with this baby, my opponents will be buying me beverages at the 19th hole.

Okay, for me a, right hand golfer with a flying left elbow, keep the left upper arm against the chest longer, helped to get a in to out swing and a draw. Now I'm able to hit pull hooks all day long. Hope that helps.

Hi Gary, go on @golfworks.com they have a large selection of shafts, and a fitting guide. You can check your recommended shaft flex and kick point. Low for higher flight, mid for lower flight. Hope this helps

When I first started we walked to save money (I'm a cheap booger). Walking allows time between shots to relax, check distances and forget the everyday concerns for a few hours.

How did the face get so closed here?
bste replied to nevets88's topic in Instruction and Playing Tips
It looks like he may be playing reverse- left instead of right- handed? Note the glove on the left hand, and low. -
Understand completely. Just nice to know I'm not alone. lol

Ernest, thank you. I have the same challenge you described. Too much lag, hooding it, out to in.

I've found that if my backswing gets too fast, I can push slice really well. lol Your downswing might be smoother if you pause at the top of your backswing, but it doesn't need to be slower.
