That's an interesting juxtaposition!   I always liked the stuff he did with David Lynch.

I seem to be on a female singer kick lately.     Some of the classic "torch singer" stuff from Dianne Reeves, Diana Krall, Debbie Luna, Renee Marie, and old Julie London.     Love this song (although Debbie Luna does a better arrangement):

Staying in the female singer genre, I've also been listening a lot to some alt rock acts like Gin Wigmore and The Duke Spirit:

I go back and forth from chevelle radio and mumford and sons radio on Pandora. When not on Pandora I normally have the country music station on in the car.

A little ditty I recorded on garage band a couple years ago.  Have not listened to it in a while, and it is not very good.  I am a pretty bad singer, but it was fun to do when I had the time.

Mainly I listen to indie rock though such as Jeremy Enigk, Death Cab or the National.  I have been listening to some Mumford and Sons lately as well.  I pretty much will listen to anything under the sun that is well written though.

I've been on a female singer kick lately as well. Ran into Sia and fell for her great voice, quirky nature, and fantastic legs. See this performance on Letterman (you can tell David is smitten at the end). She is great in concert, I mean, she just connects with her audience.

And also on a Bluegrass (Newgrass??) kick with Sarah Jarosz and Punch Brothers. Sarah Jarosz makes me feel old, it should be illegal to be that young, talented, and pretty at the same time I look forward to listening to her music for a long time.

Why do they call golf "golf"?  Because all the other four letter words were taken.

Thanks to the horrible people at Cracked.com, I can't turn away from this one. This is the worst thing ever.

Don't know why or how, but I've been really loving some electronic music lately.

Here's one artist i've been playing everyday:

We'll see how long it last. My taste changes so quickly with the amount of music I can find online.
