The Bengals freakin suck. Really, 3 picks, a fumble. If they didn't make the retard errors they could play with anyone. Just annoyed.

Carson hasn't been the same qb since getting his knee blown out.

Yeah that was awesome, he got 58 points for my fantasy team haha!

Eagles look like the best team in the NFC east right now.

Or Jackson's comment? "We were like pit bulls, ready to get out of the cage."

This has definately been a weird year, I just hope the colts have enough starters around to win the division....GO HORSE!

What a year to be a panthers fan, unbelievable how you can go from looking so strong (08-09 regular season), lose one playoff home game, and completely fall apart. I thought matt moore was our QB after the end of last season, but this year has just been a nightmare at that position. Now with both our backs out, its gonna be a long time before we're in the hunt for even a wild card =/

I've been choosing teams that play against Carolina in my survivor picks. Last week gave me a scare but Carolina pulled it out for me.

For the ninth year since their birth, I've once again had to watch the Houston Texans find new and exciting ways to lose. They've really outdone themselves this season. The worst part is that the owner (Bob Mcnair) publicly said last week that he thinks the team is headed in the right direction. Unbelievable. Gary Kubiak is a nice man, but he's had five years to get this team to the playoffs and hasn't gotten it done. I know it's just a pipe dream, but I wish Mr. Mcnair would show Kubiak the door and pay the big bucks to get Bill Cowher. Hey, I can dream.

At least you're not my boat as a Raiders fan... I mean I feel like the Raiders are headed in the right direction but it's still a long road while the crypt keeper is there.

Haha! Steelers all the way, baby!

And its all about James Harrison! That man alone changed the game when he put the fear into Joe Flacco in the 3rd quarter.

An arrogant acquaintance said last night:  "I wouldn't bet the house on the Patriots, but I sure would bet at least the garage."

Wonder where he'll be parking his cars now.

I do. But so are the Jets. And apparently the Patriots were as well. Whole lotta over-rating going on!!!

Jets/Steelers should be a good game. I'll miss a good portion of it since I'll be on the range in Arizona at the Golf Evolution two-day school we're putting on down there (still one spot left I think).

    • Hello Golfing Buddies, It has been awhile since I posted but I am the Retired Old Man that asked for advice because I suffered two "T.I.A.'s about switching from playing right handed to playing left handed.  I purchased a Callaway Edge Left handed golf clubs. I changed the grips to oversize grips.  Well, two weeks ago and still at 79 years old, I shot a 44 and 47 on a small course in my hometown.  I am currently changing my shafts from regular flex to Senior flex.  So, you can see' it can be done! So, you other old timers; get with the program! Blessings to all of you. Retired Old Man (Terry Warner)

    • Probably since the golfer has to swing the club back and up. The hands have to move back and up. You can feel them go back and up just by turning the shoulders and bending the right arm, because it brings your hands towards your right shoulder.  The difference is if you maintain width or not. Less width means a shorter feeling swing path so the more you need to lift the arms. Being as someone who gets the right arm bend at 110+ degrees, it's 100% a timing issue. I am use to like a 1.5+ second backswing. It probably should be like 1 second at most. Half a second or more will feel like an eternity. I have had swings where I keep my right arm straighter and I am still trying to time the downswing based on the old tempo.  Ideally, for me, it is probably going to be a much quicker and shorter (in duration) backswing, while keeping the right elbow straighter. Which also means more hinging to get swing length without over swinging.

    • I'm currently recuperating from surgery, so no golf, but have been thinking about this quite a bit. This and the don't overbend the right arm thing. It's hard for me to even pose the position, so I'm not 100% sure, but I feel like it's impossible to have the right humerus along the shirt seam and not overbend your right arm, unless your hands are down near your hips. If the left arm is up at or above the shoulder plane and your right arm is bent less than 90 degrees, then your right humerus has to raise or your hands will get pulled apart. Your left hand can't reach your right hand unless either the right upper arm is up or the right arm is overbent. Is that right? If it is, then focusing on not overbending the right arm would force you to raise the humerus. And actually thinking further on it, if you do overbend your right arm, then you're basically forcing your upper arm down or forcing your left arm to bend. Since (for me at least) bending the left arm too much is not something I think I need to worry about, it means that the bend in the trail arm is really the driving force behind what happens to the right humerus.
