I'll probably request cash or go with someone to buy me a couple of new clubs.  I'd like the Titleist D3 and 910F (3W), especially after the today's very promising golf lesson...I'm excited again about my game, which is NOT a good thing for my wallet.

Always changing:

Driver: Cobra S2/Nike VR Pro 10.5º

Irons: Callaway X-20 Tour 4-9i

Hybrid: Titleist 910H 19º & 21º

Wood: TaylorMade R11 3w

Putter: Odyssey White Hot

Wedges: Titleist Vokeys - 48º, 54º, 62º

First round: February 2011

I would like a fresh set of Golf Pride New Decades for my entire set and a new v2 stiff shaft for my driver.
That will be the only change for the 2012 season. Grips and shaft done.

Bad Xmas gifts:  A Golf Simulator which was supposed to be set up inside with a net, fake balls,  and some kind of PC hookup.  Only have one room where I could even swing the club w/o hitting the ceiling and don't need an errant ball, even a fake one,  going thru a TV screen. I donated it to Goodwill.  Greens fees for a course in Florida that I couldn't use. Golf balls that are labelled the equivalent of "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot". Golf balls that are brown and labelled "Shiessen".  Personalized golf balls so they can hunt me down when I slice one into the highway. A Tiger Woods PC game that's never been opened.  Still appreciate the thoughts though.

Nahh,  Just a $5 bag of tees and a couple pairs of golf gloves makes my day.

That's the damn truth!  One year I got a golf themed toilet plunger for Christmas.  The plunger was green, with a clear acrylic handle which was filled with multicolored tees and topped with a fake plastic golf ball.

That said... I have asked for a TourStriker for Christmas, but I did circle it in the Edwin Watts catalog.
