I honestly think that Rory will win the Race to Dubai and will become the #1 golfer in the world. This is his chance to grab the #1 spot from Luke and win the Dubai.Something i personally didn't think would happen. I hope they are in the final group together and just go at it until the end.Rory will win because i know that he really wants that top spot really bad.

I think Donad is going to play well and win the money title.  It's going to be a great tournament to watch, pretty cool to have the #1 and 2 players playing for the Euro Money Title .  Hope Mcilrory stays healthy.  They're also going to have some competition,

I'd like to see Luke hold on, he's been the best player on both tours this year because of his unrivalled consistent high finishes. I'm not sure if he's in great form though as his showing at Sun City showed a lot of rust, but hopefully he's on track this week.

Driver: Taylormade R11 set to 8*
3 Wood: R9 15* Motore Stiff
Hybrid: 19° 909 H Voodoo

Putter: Odyssey XG #7

Ball: Titleist Pro V1x

He played OK at Sun City from fairway to green. You can't drive it crooked there and be in with a shout, though. Too long, too much thick bush.

Stretch.

Another Franky quote to go in the Top Ten list.

Nobody knows who will win.

Why even discuss it? There's nothing to discuss because we don't and can't know.

They both want to win.

They both could win.

We will find out.

I will be happy for either player. I like them both.

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.

Rory is too far behind to become the #1 in the world with a win.

Unless you consider the winner of the European Tour the best player in the World?

I'd venture to guess Luke wants it just as much. I think Luke will win, he's already ahead so he's got an advantage right there.

1. Rory can not become No. 1 in the world with a win

2. Luke would want to win just as much as Rory

3. Rory is sick - advantage Luke again...unless Rory actually feels fine, which he might

Rory needs to win and Luke needs to finish 9th with three other guys or worse and he will win the Dubai. I am not sure if that will also give him the #i1 world ranking.

I am sure Luke wants it bad,his B-Day is today so a win would be a nice gift for himself. I really like Rory as a golfer and i am pulling hard for him.Luke has been steady Freddy all year,Lee just won and Kaymer is still hanging around. This will be a awesome tournament and  just can't wait to see how it unfolds.Nothing like the best golfers in the world fighting for the same trophy.

Rory has the best chance to win Dubai.Kaymer and Lee would have to win and would need Luke to play bad.But as we saw at the Fed-Ex anything is possible.

I think he's healthy.  He ran 5 kilometers before the final round in Hong Kong ...

It won't. He is over 2 points behind....a win would gain him about 1.1 points.

Kaymer and Lee cannot win. Kaymer is over €1million behind Luke and Westwood is almost 2 million behind. Charl Schwartzel is actually ahead of Westwood. First prize is €922,000 meaning even if they won and Luke didn't win any money they still couldn't catch him.

The only possible outcomes are Luke winning it (most likely) or Rory winning it (unlikely)

If Rory wins and Luke places 9th with 3 other or worse Rory wins.So as long as Luke places 8th or better he will win outright.

I have a sneaky suspicion Sergio may have a strong showing this week. He played well in the Pro-am from what I read and am hoping his time off has made him a good chance this week.

If your dream final pairing comes about, odds don't look good for Rory. But then again who'd have predicted one (or two) more rounds of golf in the 60s would have made Webb Simpson the runaway PGA player of the year for 2011?

Mizuno MP600 driver, Cleveland '09 Launcher 3-wood, Callaway FTiz 18 degree hybrid, Cleveland TA1 3-9, Scratch SS8620 47, 53, 58, Cleveland Classic 2 mid-mallet, Bridgestone B330S, Sun Mountain four5.

As usual I am cheering for Matteo as well! After the BMW Pga Championship I haven't seen much from him! :(

A lot of people are thinking about Rory's disadvantages ... but come to think of it, Luke is playing just weeks after the death of his father and the birth of a child.  The grown folk on here know that a newborn can wreck your sleep ... even with a nanny around.
