I like clowns and don't have a phobia of clowns, but that clown looks very creepy.

I remember when they made "IT" into a made for TV version and I always thought that it did not do justice to the book. It looks like this movie version is only about when they are kids and does not go through the adult side. I am looking forward to this movie (and I very rarely go to movies in the theater). Maybe this is going to be part one and then they will make a part 2 about the adult side of the book. I have read a number of Stephen King books and "IT" is still my favorite.

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 - Birdie

The wife even enjoyed it. We have not seen 1 (which is rated better on Rotten Tomatoes - I have it recorded to the DVR, though, in case we want to watch it). A good blend of action with funny moments and enough of a story to hold it all together. Visually pretty stunning.

Manchester by the Sea: Bogey.

Casey Affleck gave a great performance. But the movie was essentially a look at misery that bestows any family and how it plays out. However as this theme has been done many times, this movie highlighted the boring side of such predicaments. Mundane dialogue, anticlimactic endings to all the sub plots, and just never really got off the ground for me.

Get Out - Birdie. Really good horror movie without going overboard on the gore. Some humor, but not as much as you'd expect from Jordan Peele.
