Every time this bigot loses is a victory for humanity. He represents hatred and bias.

Because...?

Quotes from Bubba? Any evidence that he represents bias and hatred other than he is from the south, and bought a cool car from a popular TV show that has a flag on the roof? I really am curious, because I have not personally seen any such evidence.

agree ... seems a bit HARSH to me (the word "hatred" is overused in society today - any use of that word in public in relation to a PGA player I would question the source)

I'm a fan...very talented golfer that gives me hope that someday someone will mistake my slice for a Bubba-esque "power fade"

I'm a fan.

Considering his background, developed his own game and earned everything he has.

Definitely didn't grow up with a silver spoon like most guys on the tour did. Public school, Community college...

He can be whiney sometimes but overall he's fun to watch.  He's a lefty so that cuts him some additional slack with me.

Always been a fan of Bubba. I find him very entertaining. I like the unique swing. He obviously has ADD and unfortunately he doesn't have it under control. I get frustrated when he gets a little too "worked up", but it will take a lot more than that for me to dislike him. From what I understand is that he and his caddies are buddies. I kind of view their interactions similar to brother/sibling interactions. I take it with a grain of salt.

He is a creative shot maker. He is lefty, uses pink clubs, buttons up his shirts, has attitude.  That makes him colorful in a sport that can be drab.  Pro golfers have a code of conduct, dress, and demeanor that is remarkably narrow.  Guys like Daly, Ricky, and Bubba greatly enrich the sport.  I miss Ray Floyd, ChiChi, and Lee Trevino.

Funny shit.  Not a fan but glad to see him in China, doing the promotions and even appearing to enjoy them. I'm sure the $2MM (or whatever it was) appearance fee helps but still, it's a commitment to promote golf across the globe and I salute him for it.

    • That was a good watch. When I started working on pelvis in the backswing. I thought, this sounds contradictory to those leg straightening threads on the site. Erik has already done a correction. Then the last lesson we went more down the route of feeling the right knee gains flex. It doesn’t, but the feeling keeps my knee position in a good range. Also, I just realized how much extra work my right hip needed to do to stabilize the body with the proper weight shift. Those glute and hip stabilizers got worked. 🤣 I wish this evolution in the golf instruction happened 20 years ago! 😭

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: squirt to the right due to to much arm not enough turn. • The first issue Erik spoke about is something we worked on for my swing during both GEARS sessions. GEARS was showing my pelvis center moving towards the ball during the back swing. I wasn’t the 4” guy though! This forced me to correct on the downswing to give myself space. My hip rotation was to high as well. We corrected it by first getting the weight off my heels in my stance and getting my posture correct. Then the feel was shifting back into my right hip at a 45 degree angle. This kept my pelvis center from moving towards the ball at the start of the backswing. I also didn’t sway back as much as I felt I did because of the angle I was shifting. Feel Ain’t Real. The cool thing about GEARS is as you work on something you can see the exact (Real) change happening. On video, it is much harder to spot this issue because of the 2D nature of filming. But I know what to look for now. Sadly, I was hurt all last year and most of this year so I really haven’t been able to work on it much. I did do a lot of backswing work though.
