Kaymer's been showing signs the past few weeks of getting his form back. He really went through a major swing change and it might finally be paying off.

No love for Speith? Amazing how consistent and calm his game is at such a young age.  I keep waiting for the flash to dissipate, and the next week there he is again.  I'm really becoming a fan.

Not liking that radar. Hate to say I told you so, but move those tee times up an hour, the leaders are on 13 or 14 right now. Not sure they're gonna make it.

Very reminiscent of Augusta so far. This is right around the time where Bubba separated from Jordan. Let's hope the kid's learned from that and hangs tough.

In respect to the Justin Rose situation where his ball moved, why wasn't it just an extra stroke, surely if your ball moves, they are saying it's because of your club, hence an extra shot just like a stroke.

In respect to the Justin Rose situation where his ball moved, why wasn't it just an extra stroke, surely if your ball moves, they are saying it's because of your club, hence an extra shot just like a stroke.

It's a penalty stroke for causing the ball to move and a second one for failing to replace it to its original position.

They're done for the day. Very unfortunate for Kaymer. You can sense the frustration in his voice. Reminds me of the '05 PGA when Phil had to come back the next day to finish the last few holes to win. I felt like this tourney was over, but now coming back the next day, a lot can change. Kaymer might not be in that groove tomorrow and Spieth can find it.

Keep out of golf news spoiler territory and record it?

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

That would require me not listening to sports radio, not going on espn.com, shutting off my phone and wearing headphones for 9 hours so my friends at work can't spoil me.......that's a tall order haha.

Golf Channel Streaming app? There's one on iOS. Dunno abt Android.

      It’s possible the graphite shaft has a small internal crack or a delamination. Tapping it and hearing a vibrating sound is usually a sign the shaft isn’t behaving as it should. Since the store wasn’t helpful, consider taking it to a club fitter or a pro shop that can check the shaft flex and integrity. If it’s defective, you might be able to get a replacement from the manufacturer.

      It’s interesting how much a 3D system changes your understanding. Observing top players in full detail and realizing the trail knee shouldn’t fully extend is a great example of why being open to new info is so important. I like your approach: not trying to be “right,” but trying to teach correctly based on actual evidence. Makes sense why golfers would benefit from this perspective.

      I would say both are equally not the best for golf. Is it better than nothing, sure.  Golf is an athletic motion. Professional golfers are doing a comprehensive workout routine focusing on strength, power, flexibility, stability. They might include some yoga into the routine. I would put both of them in the recovery bin, not golf enhancement bin.  If you want to increase swing speed, core strength, longevity in golf and life, then lift heavy weights.
