Depends who I'm playing with. In-laws? No farting, they would complain for months. Friends from back home I grew up with? I'm eating sugar free Jolly Ranchers before the round to keep from getting destroyed and embarrassed on the course.

You can never hit a good shot when you're holding in a fart. Back off, let it rip, then let it rip.

A well-timed fart on the downswing can add 15 yards to a drive.  It is the golf version of the tennis grunt, albeit a little (or a lot - it depends) smellier.

Shut up %sshole.

I see what you did there -  reminds me of a time in college when a guy farted a few times and someone said "hey answer the phone, some ass keeps calling."

But then again, what the hell do I know?

I made a vow not to fart in someone's backswing. That's a big concession for me.

I practiced clandestine farting on the practice green yesterday.  I recommend everyone work on this part of their game.  It takes practice not to be caught.

I practiced clandestine farting on the practice green yesterday.  I recommend everyone work on this part of their game.  It takes practice not to be caught.

Ah, but a quick sniff and analysis of the wind situation along with the guilty look from an individual upwind to you could quickly determine the situation. :-D

I let one rip accidentally on the driver downswing once and a while - gotta let out the compression.    I can't wait for a pro to do that with the microphones on the tee box - would bust out laughing !!
