Professor X. Go to any private club, say, The Olympic Club, mind controls everyone into letting us play.

Steve

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

Charles probably wouldn't go along with your plan. Emma Frost might be more amenable.

Well, it's obvious by now that "With great power comes great responsibility." has fallen on deaf ears in my case. :-)

I would have to pick three so that I could have a foursome. Superman, Wonder Woman, and Herman Munster would be my choices. The first two because of their super powers, and who can forget Season 1, Episode 30, "Country Club Munsters?"

Well, since I've got Nightcrawler and Professor X, might as well complete it with weather controlling Storm, so I have perfect weather all the time.

Professor X - play anywhere

Nightcrawler - play fast

Storm - in perfect weather

What can I say, I'm one track minded.

I'll skip the team of X-Men and just play with Jean Grey. Ability to play at any private club? Check. Ability to manipulate the golf ball mid-flight so I don't suck? Check. Easy on the eyes? Yup, got that, too. She's a triple threat! Plus, we all know Professor X isn't allowed within 20 yards of the greens, anyway ;-)

Ha ha. You got me there. Frankly though. I'm scared of her. :-(

+1

Can hear his comments about sandbangers being putrifying puddles of gutless golfers. Muligans rotting the game to the core.

His last words to Dr. Manhattan " JUST DO IT " directed to the golfer taking his seventh practice swing. LOL

Jessica isn't bad... she's just drawn that way.

No... No, if we're going to have a cool golf cart I'll take Bubba's hover cart.  http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=bubba+watson+hovercraft&FORM;=VIRE15#view=detail∣=8157BE743D011C73E9F18157BE743D011C73E9F1

That hover cart is really cool!

Then I'll be golfing with Lara and if you any of you guys from the concealed carry thread think about messing with me you can discuss it with her.

By the way, I'm pretty sure that you and @Ernest Jones "win" the thread with this submission.

Just ... wow.

    • I agree with @pganapathy about removing some clubs. I would recommend removing the 2, 3, 4 and 5 irons for now. Play with Driver 3W 5W 3H 5H 6 iron 7 iron 8 iron 9 iron PW ( you don’t have listed) 52 56 Putter Th 60 wedge can be difficult for new players, but you could keep that If your 3H is adjustable, increased the loft to be more like a 4H. Play with these on course and see if you can get a feel of the actual yardages for each club and especially the gaps between them. It may take 10 or more rounds. A par 3 course is helpful for determining the gaps in the irons and some woods too. A device like a Shot Scope H4 can really help give you your actual yardage on course.
