I'm not sure how putter dynamics affect you stroke. I tend to miss putts to the right when i miss. is that a toe or heel issue? do you add more weight or is it my stroke? i use an odyssey white hot #1 design. maybe a putter lesson is in order. I found it strange most misses are to the right regardless of green contour. i would assume the putter face is staying open.

Might be the way you aim your putter, might be something in your stroke, it's hard to say. A putting lesson might not be a bad idea, especially if your instructor has a SAM PuttLab.

It could be your aim is off. It could be you read the greens wrong, so you compensate by leaving the face open. Could be your putting stroke as well. It could be your putter is not fitted correctly for your putting stroke.

Hard to say with out actually seeing you putt.

I sometimes start missing straight putts to the right. I have two on course adjustments I make. First, I address the ball where it is a bit more forward in my stance than my normal position. This allows the club face to close a little more.  If that doesn't work, I use a more open stance. This adjustment tends to give me a straighter putting stroke. Usually one these adjustments solves the problem, and gets me through the rest of my round.

After the round I might go to the practice green do a more in depth study as to what might be causing my putting grief. Other times I just don't do anything, and the problem goes a way on it's own.

I have friend who aims all his putts to the left of his intended spot because of his right side misses. He could never cure them, so he made this permanent adjustment. He now averages under 30 putts a round last I heard from him.

Assuming your missing straight putt's in the 5 to 8 foot range, try using a straight edge - (2 x 4) about two foot long to practice.

Place the heel against the edge and see if your stroke maintains contact to the board.

Then use the broad to practice on a practice green.

I will throw this out to ANYBODY. Depending on how old the putter itself is, It may have "gone awry" after years of use and/or abuse. Lie angles, face angles, lofts can get screwed up. It may LOOK and FEEL alright, but using a square guide can quickly show the problem. This may be a reason as well, not just "technique". sometimes it IS the arrow, NOT the Indian. So before you spend a lot of time and or money on a putting lesson, be sure the putter itself is in spec. Could be a slight twist in the head that is pushing the ball right.

Could be any number of things. Could be your stroke, putter or green reading.

For the putter I'd recommend getting an Edel, I don't sell them the putter fitting system is great, and the putter lasts a lifetime.

For green reading, find an AimPoint instructor

Good thread on the putting stroke

Do you wear glasses? I tend to miss right when I recheck my line with a glance.

Then I took off my glasses to putt and was more accurate. I also learned to use an open stance when I putt.

That's why I always line my ball using the words (like Pro V1) on the ball. When I get over the putt, it may look different, but I never adjust my line. I can't trust my lying eyes over the ball. I can hit the ball where I'm aiming but I can't read a green for sh!t. I also wear glasses. Progressive lenses normally but switch them for a pair of mono focal lenses when I golf.

My latest answer to everything is:  start with alignment before worrying about the stroke.  I have had problems aligning putts and iron shots and discovered a lot of golfers have perception problems so that a right handed golfer will aim too far right and a left handed golfer too far left.  i.e.:

http://www.academia.edu/12240565/Golfers_may_have_to_overcome_a_persistent_visuospatial_illusion

See what happens when you ensure your eyes are directly over the ball and parallel to the ground.  For me, I get a much more accurate picture of the line that way.
