Yeah, pretty much. But a joke round on a day everyone else is taking advantage of the conditions.

Shit happens, though. There are a lot of positives to take away, and clear signs that his game is improving. Could you imagine even a few weeks ago that his short game could actually be as good as it as today?

He shot 66 yesterday. And this insistence on tigers injuries is baffling. He literally has neeeeever faked an injury. Ever. Zero times.

I'm willing to bet that Tiger will never win again. In fact, I have bet exactly that with many close friends. Here are our terms.

If Tiger enters a tournament and doesn't win, I collect $20. If Tiger ever wins a tournament, I must return all the $20's that I have collected plus $100 more. If anyone wants to give up on Tiger and exit the wager, it'll cost them a $100 buyout.

I have made this exact wager with 9 people. And I've collected $1,440 so far. And I'll collect another $180 after the Quicken Loans Tournament.

But seriously, internet wagers with strangers are bad. However, if you live around central Ohio, and are willing to meet in real life, I'll gladly take more action.

Kenny- can we be friends? I also don't think Tiger ever wins again but I wouldn't bet my life on it (but I would bet plenty of money on it.) There's a chance his natural talent could one day override all the garbage that instructors have put in his head over the last 13 years and he pulls it together for 4 days if nothing else. What I would come close to betting my life on is that he will never win with the garbage scooping driver swing he has now. He looks like a high handicapper (exaggerating) trying to steer the ball and get it airborne. He used to swing freely, release the club and hit up on the ball at impact (similar to Rory now) and I hope he can find that again somehow.

So the worst you can lose is $900 but your gains could be astronomical. Sounds like you found 9 suckers. Are you just collecting interest on that $1400 plus in the meantime?

How would you know if he has never faked an injury? Are you a good friend of his, or do you just have some inside information? It's one thing to like and pull for Eldrick, even I have pulled for him on a rare occasion. Some people on this forum however, take it to a scary level. The ONLY time I think Tiger may have faked an injury...or embellished it....was Torrey this year. That was a bit of a head scratcher and not sure I buy the whole "my glutes didn't activate." Was a bit fishy. But other than that, I don't think he has.

You know just as well as I do that people accuse Tiger of faking injuries on the regular; every time he withdraws, he's faking. But you never hear them say anything when his "fake" back injury turns into surgery, or the like. If you can name a singular time in which Tiger had faked an injury, I have no problem saying that then. But there isssss noooooooo eeevvviiidddeeeennnccceeeeeee

This course is looking like a beginners course with these scores.

I've played the course about a dozen times including this year's Wednesday Pro-Am.  (Wonderful experience.)  It's currently playing about as easy as the course can play, no wind, reasonable rough, and very soft greens.  Having said that, I've also played the course when the wind is up with firm greens running around 14.  Believe me, it's not a beginners course.

Of all the courses I've played, RTJ Golf Club is my favorite.

Definitely not tight off the tee, not sure how do define "spacious", however.  Most fairways are well bunkered.  It is a second shot golf course.  Most greens have different levels or plateaus.  Definitely not flat.   Greens are also well bunkered.

Very strong Par 3's.  Three of them are along the lake.  Any wind, greens a little firmer, have fun.

FYI from the tips 7500 yds, 76.9/148.  They are playing the 12th up as a Par 4 instead of a Par 5.   From the next set of tees it's 7030 yds.   74.8/144

I was asking about a standard bet. $1000 to me if he wins. $1000 to you if, by the time he turns 50 (or earlier if he retires), he hasn't won again. I don't need to loan someone $600 before I get $700 back. That's not a bet - that's a loan.

Plus, I'd be playing with house money because he's not retiring at the end of the year…

Who are these nine idiots you found who took that bet. Basically, you are given a tremendous odds. A fair bet (according to your assumption that Tiger will never win or will retire) is will he win before he retires at 1:1 odds. In your case you will only lose $20 but have potential to gain enormous amount of money. That's not a fair bet.
