Former Playboy Playmate Ashley Mattingly is facing serious charges after driving a golf cart under the influence, reports TMZ. Witnesses say Mattingly hit four parked cars driving the vehicle in her Laguna Beach neighborhood in September.

Four also just happens to be the number of charges the Orange County D.A. hit Mattingly with. She faces three counts of driving under the influence and one charge for a hit-and-run involving property damage. All four are misdemeanors.

TMZ also acquired a photo of Mattingly's custom golf cart:

That looks like a sweet ride, but it makes it tougher to say it wasn't your golf cart when your initials are painted on the side.

Take all 4 to court and hope for jury nullification, I mean I couldn't convict.

I'm with you, I wouldn't convict either.

I wish. ;-) I was just a coworker and I that were a bit over served.

There was that time in an outing where a vendor was driving the cart and almost killed me. It just began a misty rain on dusty cart paths. He tapped the brakes going down a hill towards a rip rap lined creek. The cart began spinning as we went down the hill towards the creek. Luckily we stopped short of it, but I think I left a permanent crease in the seat of that cart.

Of course, this thread is useless without ... oh, never mind. Back to work.

Who hasn't had a wild SO? But admittedly, not as out of control as the above. Mine did not cause damage ... they usually fell asleep ... only damaging my ego and having me question my judgment.

I bet there would be no shortage of volunteers to be her DD.
