Don't know the source of this table, so can't speak to the veracity of these numbers. With all that you hear about Euro players being the best poor weather players, it looks pretty even between Americans and Europeans.

My question:

Who keeps stats like this....

I haven't been here as long as some, but this strikes me as the most unique topic title I have ever seen!

FWIW, I detest playing in the rain! I keep going in a light sprinkle, but any thing heavier than that, meh! I've seen pros play in rain that would make me run for a shelter!

You know what's the common link in the top guys?

Great ballstriking.

I dunno, I just can't bring myself to trust this list. Paranoid. For all intents and purposes, it's probably accurate. Would be nice to know the range over which this data was compiled.

Yes. Does this go back far enough to cover when Tom Watson was playing? He was one of the best ever foul weather players, lacking all the modern accoutrements!

The very first post says "since 2014."

It just looks like a list of good players and a list of bad players. Not entirely surprising though.

Yeah - to make this more meaningful, IMO, compare it to their overall shots gained. And then the differential would show how they played in rain vs. how they played not in rain.

Players play, tough players win!
