Great final round by Bryson too, but he got unlucky with the day Rory decided to turn it to 11.

Another week, another great tourney finish. Stenson was very good all week but faded a little at the end and DeChambeau played really well all week; I was already a fan of Bryson because he is so unique, but I got more appreciation for how good he is this week. And then Rory just caught fire finishing 5 under the last 6, long time since we've seen him play at such a high level. Dan Hicks said "Maybe the best finish we've ever seen here at Bay Hill". Hard to argue with that.

congrats for Rory, ....and Bryson Dechambeau must be doing some right thing (right swing maybe?) to become this far in relatively short time.

Heck of a round from Rory. I was thinking over the last 12 months that he was more or less done. Clearly I forgot that Rory is capable of looking mediocre for weeks/months on end only to turn around out of nowhere and look like the best player on the planet.

He might be the streakiest player ever. His "A" game is as good as anyone who has ever picked up a club, but he seems to lose it for various stretches...then finds it all of a sudden for a few months...loses it again, etc. But his timing is great here. He needs a green jacket for that career Grand Slam. He found a hot putter at just the right time to make a serious run at Augusta.

Man, how much fun was that final round? Had to watch most of it on my phone, unfortunately, because I told a friend I'd help lay out a hardwood floor, but it was still really dope! Tiger looked great, Rory burned the course down, and Bryson did Bryson things. 

I actually really like SLIG, even if I don't necessarily agree with his conclusions. He embraces tech and mechanics, and succeeds. 

No Tiger till the Masters, I'm sure. He and Rory going head to head on the back nine would be a nice way to start off the major season.

      Day 206 3-11 Focused on wider backswing and reconnecting arm in downswing. Wasn't really happy with how swing was looking today. Wider backswing is very different for me. Went back to do a some longer pauses at the top. Hit a few foam balls.

      This is an awesome breakdown. most of the bigger tournaments usually have one wave with the advantage, Thank you for the breakdown. If it is soft then it will be a lower final score

      Over the past 15 years, the winning score has ranged from -10 to -20. Mostly around -13.  Here is Thursday and Friday weather. Saturday and Sunday weather. I think the course will play soft. Plenty of sky cover, lots of rain on Thursday. Fairways and greens will probably stay soft throughout the week.  In terms of tee times, I think Thursday morning and Friday afternoon have the biggest advantage.
