Drama at its best imho.....PP seems like a high energy type guy and down for anything sort of say, stories like these (let's just say it doesn't surprise me)

So far it’s exciting... for me to bad Brendan Steele hasn’t done much... it seems to me the more birdies the better for scoring and hopefully the bogeys stay away as well as compared to the golfers overall positioning on the leaderboard...

For me its 3W anywhere other then the Tee Box....no issues at all using it on the Tee but when needed in the fairway it's 50/50 for me, I know it's a mental thing for me and this season I made it priority #1 to use it more and I have (and with better results) but still not the club of choice in a serious round lol

I’ve always worn mine and as stated previously by someone else you eventually get used to it.. has never been a issue for me

hate to say but we needed a 3rd choice (Neither) cause I don't see either of them happening...kinda like a 16th seed beating a #1 seed in the NCAA BB Tourney. But I will say this imho if 1 of these choices were ever to occur I'd vote for a PGA Club Pro to win....these guys are good and if all the stars and moon align and he's playing well anything is possible I guess.

that's kinda my response this weekend when tuning into coverage of the Safeway Open when I saw his name up on the LB...he actually finished in the top 20 I believe, I remembering thinking to myself "now that's a name I haven't seen in a long time"

Hunter Mahan... he was up on the LB this past weekend at the Safeway but wow he's slowly but surely become an unknown, I don't even see his Ace Hardware commercials anymore

To the OP.... I'm just as you are, kinda of torn between yes they should change it & no keep it the same..but I say keep it the way it is. My reason is the 2nd part of your answer in your original question, for me it wouldn't be exciting to see the 29th or 30th ranked guy win & thus be rewarded for 1 great weekend & that being the last in the Tour Championship, when it's a great possibility he didn't even win a tournament all season. I can live with it being the way it is, after all nothing in life is perfect so all we can do is go with what makes it the closest to the best, and it is imho.

when I started I did, but haven't worn a glove for over 15yrs now and can't see any reason why I will either, thankfully have never gotten a blister or blisters either, when I played Mens softball I didn't wear a glove or gloves either...honestly don't think it matters 1 way or the other, personal preference imho and comfortably

I choose #2....but with what we have seen from him lately #1 wouldn't be to far from the truth either and wouldn't surprise me at all. JMHO

Bingo my thoughts too.... realized long ago I'm never going to be a Pro Golfer and on the tour so why go out every round trying so hard to lower it..and placing to much added pressure on myself I also realize that for more then even want to admit it, it's bragging rights. The water cooler discussion for the day amongst buddies and all.. "hey man I'm a __ handicap now what about you?" I don't take golf to serious or myself for that matter to really care, it's not the be all end all of who I am... it's a hobbie and a pleasure of mine that I enjoy... I do applaud all who make it their goal though... shows your dedicated to a goal and that's awesome.... just not for me.... if I can continue to shoot 85-90 every time I tee it up then I'm good with that and I have fun.... When I'm dead and gone I really don't what my tombstone to say..."here lays a ___ handicapper, wow was he good" lol

I joined the PGA Tour web-site (and it has a app as well for IPhone).....if I'm not mistaken you can create your own league as well....a bit different then the format we had on Yahoo....you pick 4 starters and 2 reserves that's it...but still seems nice

Not taking anything away from the guy but to be honest never viewed him as a great player from the jump and just kinda lucky.... IMHO if he doesn't shape up in the 2016 season and beyond that he might just be a fading has been (or imho) a never really was... And a guy who fights to regain his tour card....

Not taking anything away from a caddie, it is def harder then we even expect.., but if doing what you love to do (as he was) then being a slave and making the $ he did while being on Tigers bag please sign me up for that job....granted Stevie was well respected before the Tiger gig (being with Raymond Floyd) but let's be honest Tiger put him on the global map for caddies... I highly doubt he'll get much sympathy from a average joe like many of us....

Wow we are having a form of Indian Winter here in PA/MD...in the Fall..... Went out today and played 9 with a good friend... Course was in beautiful shape, and we had the course to ourselves up till we got on #7... When we saw another guy driving up #3.... I walked with my pull cart and temps were 68... Wore short sleeve shirt the entire round... Didn't keep score but I know I had 2 Par's and 7 bogeys.....this entire week is suppose to be in the high 60's

Not everyone is a idiot with a cell phone or camera. And as mentioned above if they'd enforce the rules that were put into place we wouldn't have these situations. It's sad that everyone would get punished for the foolishness of a few. Throw those who don't abide by the rule out and there wouldn't be a issue imho.

Last week me and 3 friends played down in Md. We get to the 1st tee and there is 2 younger guys on the tee box just standing. They say go ahead they're waiting for a 3rd. So we go ahead and tee off. The hole is a downhill then slight up hill for your 2nd shot. I was 3rd to play my 2nd shot and as I was lining up my target point a ball lands 10yds behind me and rolls to rest 3-4 yes ahead of me. We get to the green and look back and it's the 2 young dudes standing over their balls (not a 3rd person either as they said earlier). We finish the hole and wait at #2 tee and let them go through. We weren't going to be rushed all day by these 2 so letting them through was the best answer.

Wow South Hills is like 3mins from me... Actually going out there tomorrow (Sunday) around 4 to play 9 holes with 2 of my buddies. I think I've spoken to you before on here. Have you played Hickory Heights (over in Spring Grove).... I love heir sister course down in Hampstead (Oakmont Green)... Anyways.
