  2. Depends ... could be anywhere from a 8i to 52 wedge ...
  3. I hate taking Mulligans especially if we are already slow ... I have suggested to people to just drop where you think it went out ... hell drop on the fairway if you want ... but for the love of god keep pace!
  4. polo shirt and shorts 99% of the time ...
  5. I am OK with collared shirts ... but that is as far as I want to take it ... I could care less what you wear ... just keep a good pace ... I would really pissed, if I had a play a 5hr round behind guys with white socks! Plz!
  6. I have only done it twice ... felt really bad about it. I did it once when I did not realize it, because I sliced over some trees ... the guy yelled at me and kicked my ball, but I honestly did not know because I could not see the ball.
  7. Agree ... to take lessons first ... I wish I knew about a still head, and rotating around my spine. I wish I knew that the ball starts where the clubface is pointed, and curves away from the swing path ...
  8. I definitely "play it forward" even when others in the group want to play a set back ... I just don't have fun when every approach shot is long for me.
  9. I love the game ... I hate when I nail a house ...
  10. I golf for fun ... so yes shaking off a bad shot is easy ... the ones what stay with me are the ones that hit a house ... I have gotten better, and do not slice near as much as I used to ... thanks to TST. In fact, I sure I have not hit a house in 2016 ...
  11. @jsgolfer very nice!!!
  12. Tiger ... I started playing late in life, but it was while Tiger was tearing it up. When I watched golf on TV, it was all Tiger.
  13. Stevie's book talked about the Seals, so the article was not too much a surprise to me.
  14. A really nice looking putter! I like the black.
  15. Most typically an "A" wedge ...
  16. I have this in my office: The ball starts where the face is pointed, and curves away from the path. The other is the video on how to setup to prevent a slice ... it works. (too lazy and I am at work to chase it down)
  17. Boo Weekly is definitely not a slave to fashion
  18. Honestly as the golf shoe evolves towards a spike-less shoe, it is getting harder to tell the difference. 99% of the time I wear my running/trail shoes ... on a wet day I have a pair of spike-less golf shoes that offer some water protection.
  19. I can't speak to the torque question ... the classic fit is what appeals to me, and what I ended up with.
  20. I used the guy in Gilbert, Mark Secrest. He met me at the Biltmore golf course for my fitting. He did a great job. I just looked at the Edel site, and the PGATSS was not an option last year. The other gentleman at talking stick was really nice, but at the time of my fitting, he did not use the Edel putter fitting system. I.E. no mirror etc ... he simply asked question and watched me putt . Getting fitted for the Edel was one of my better golf purchase decisions. Good luck! (Thanks @Shindig for the PM)
  21. I like the sun mountain ... and I prefer to push the cart ... I do not think I could carry my clubs for 18 ... my back would not support it. The year after I bought my last cart, they came out the four wheel version that has a small stool to sit ... go figure.
  22. From the "late to the discussion" ... I find using AP to be very fast ... 99% of the time I have my "aim point" before the first guy putts ...
  23. They are shutting down the one close to me ... it did seem outdated when i went into it a couple of times. In terms of golf, there was a GolfSmith across the street from it ...
