Silly quiz really, as a lot of the questions does not have a definitive answer. Some questions was also poorly composed, which could be read in different ways.

I missed 4. #3, 9, 12 and 14.

I should have gotten the betting one right, but I figured the way we do it probably isn't correct, but it was.... I basically missed all the timed ones, and I still agree with my answers...... lol

I only missed one and I agree with Zeph. Half of the questions have nothing to do GOLF etiquette. Some of the answers are inane.

If you really want to know about golf etiquette, read the Etiquette section in the Rules of Golf. This quiz will do little to test your knowledge and nothing to improve it.

I only missed the one about time between strokes, which IMO was the silliest of some silly questions. The one about how many marked balls was pretty similar, though by not having "3" as an answer, it was simplified a bit. There was some good etiquette in there, but I don't think this was a great test of knowledge since about a third of the answers required you to read the mind of the author (why 45 seconds exactly?)

Why shouldn't you stand behind a golfer on the tee box? My friend has often asked me to do just that to make sure he's lined up properly.

Why shouldn't you stand behind a golfer on the tee box? My friend has often asked me to do just that to make sure he's lined up properly.

Unless he asks you to be there, it's a spot that's pops into his peripheral vision during his backswing and can be distracting. Obviously it's different if it's a request, but even if I'm trying to help follow the ball off the shot, I always stand to one side or the other.

      Day 56: 4/19/2024 Okay, even though I'll be teeing it up in a tournament in less than a week. I couldn't find time to get to the range today.  I spent time on the indoor putting mat.  And I spent time in front of the mirror with my 7 iron. Then again later with the driver.  I also thoroughly cleaned all my clubs.
