I'm just starting episode three of Band Of Brothers. I've seen the series a few years ago, and knew there were some pretty recognizable faces in it, but whenever I pay close attention I notice a few more.

Simon Pegg - Sobel's assistant Fassbender - Drank from his canteen Tom Hardy - ugh, I forget James McAvoy - replacement Mike Myers - scraps up extra ammo Colin Hanks, Apollo from BSG are obvious. BOB one of my all time favorites. 3 miles up, 3 miles down!
FWIW, finished today. I liked it despite not really being a sic-fi fan.
When the translator from Saving Private Ryan shows up and the island starts time traveling, that was great tv.

This time around I noticed the lead from the US version of Life On Mars was in the first two episodes.

Yup. And after that I especially liked the few episodes with Miles, Hurley, Juliet, Jin, and LeFleur living in Darmatown for three years in the 70s.

And then Jack and Kate come back. That was so surreal. Jin, your English is awesome dude.

Also, when Desmond time travels in the episode, "The Constant". Penny... you remembered.

LOST had its ups and downs. But its ups were so good.

Yup. Desmond and Penny was everything the Jack/Kate/Sawyer/Juliet love quadrilateral wanted to be and then some.

That sucks that the gaps are so long.  Just started watching Sherlock, on episode 2 of the first season, enjoying it so far.

Started watching this as well.  Enjoying it.

LOST is totally addicting. Many episodes end on a cliffhanger and I think he's watching on Netflix, it automatically advances you to the next episode. I'd guess there was some sleep deprivation involved.

Some of us had to watch it in real time, thus all the crazy theories. People were going nuts on what the hatch and smoke monster was. It was quite a television spectacle if you were involved. All of the copycats that followed just could not match the holy f*&kness; of LOST. And no show has yet to do so. Believe you me, if there was one, I am right there.

True Detective continues to astound - it's going to be some ending if they're going to wrap this up in 4 episodes.

On Netflix.......... Hack

Terrific TV Series about a cop that got caught with his fingers in the till, now drives a Cab and constantly helps others.

Well when you put it that way it sounds more sad than impressive. :~( (FWIW, I had already been watching about a week when I made the initial post. So closer to 3 weeks.)

I need a new show to watch on netflix.  I got bored with Arrow in the second season, and I am all caught up on Sherlock and Breaking Bad.  I guess I could start watching the Avatar the Last Airbender cartoon series again.  I love that Shite! Apa, yip yip!

    • the rules have changed, but this would fall under 11.2 in the current rules.  General Penalty to any player who deliberately deflects a ball in motion, and you must replay the putt.
    • Day 250 4-29 Getting chest through with speed on downswing and wrist arch. Also worked on some moving the pelvis slightly away in the backswing. Feel like im going too fast and long, looks like it on the recordings too.
    • Interesting that it's no penalty, but then again, I can't imagine someone would purposefully put their foot out there in this situation or one like it.  And then there was the time someone purposefully deflected his own ball during a major, but that's very different too. The only time I can recall a ball I hit hitting another player or their equipment was ages ago -- over a decade and a half ago.  I had a 3' putt for an 89 and someone (a random pairing, not someone I knew) decided it was a good time for goaltending practice.  That wouldn't fall under this rule, though (and it wasn't in a tournament anyway). Thanks for continuing to share these, Dave!  I always find these interesting.
    • Day 51 (29 Apr 26) - Worked with a few of the golf team kids plus my grandson (he’s too young for the team as it’s middle-high school age and he’ll be 10 Sat).  He put on a small hitting clinic (hitting off the same tees as the rest of the boys) - one of the older kids called him a “coach”.  Worked in a few shots for myself - had the light bag: driver, 7w, 4 - 6 - 8 - Pw - Sw (DCI 962’s except the Sw a 981) and Zebra putter….got in some great tee shots, a couple of recovery and an awesome up and down for bogie: 55 yds out, hitting 4th shot due to 2nd getting tangled in limbs - see the window I need to hit for a tight spinner with the Sw - nail it to a postage letter distance from the cup for a tap in bogie….my kind of practice.
    • Day 21, April 29.  Before going to work this morning, I worked in my indoor practice room for 20 minutes.   This was entirely 6-iron shots with the usual step.  Video yesterday showed me that I'm still straightening my trail leg too much (leading to the backswing length issue I've been working to fix), so I focused on not doing that in my rehearsal swings.
