one my my old buddies "uncle in law" was just hammered at this one mens night (like embarrasing drunk) he said something so dirty and disrecpectfull (not going to put it on here, not appropriate) and the look on her face was brutal she was like 18, cute little blonde thing doing her summer job i swear, even i felt like giving him a 3i in the teeth for it and almost did but as mentioned above, there is a VERY fine line between being nice and being disrespectfull i feel for them working scrambles etc...they take a lot of sh*t some courses here some decent gilrs, but usually all very young i have a 2 yr old daughter.........i cant imgaine a guy my age, thinking about a girl her age like that

We don't have cart girls here in NZ either, I've only ever once been at a course where anybody has driven up in a golf car offering the chance to buy refreshments and it was just the guy from the pro shop with a cooler bin sitting in the seat next to him and that was only on a busy Saturday - it's never happened when I've played there any other time.

I've played in Ireland and, unless it was just the muck savage gobshites I was associating with at the time, it's my impression that the cart girl model is not economically viable over there mainly because it's customary to either show up at tee time already pissed, or so hung over that the mere mention of a beer would have you puking in the ball pocket of your bag.

when I lived in Maryland mostly every course had a cart girl, some even had a guy...(the prettiest cart girl was down at a course in Severna Park...Bay Hills) but now living in Pa. and playing numerous courses up here, only 1 course I've played has had a cart girl, and that was The Links at Gettysburg (which is a very nice course to say the least)

Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area....it's hit or miss here....Yes you do have the cart girl a most if not all courses, but they are not all young good looking girls. Most are mid 40's early 50's, charming and flirtatious but....you have to be really tanked to flirt back, or at least take it past the initial hello wink....

Only once, a few weeks ago, I played where the cart girl was drop dead gorgeous, mid 20's, and let me tell you she slowed down play....everyone, including me, where just eye balling her from the time you could see her to the time she drove off....She was very friendly. She had that girl next door look, but could easily be in the adult industry if get my drift!

Personally I think that is hilarious becuase I have been in the same situation. This broad was crazy and I never had any interest in making it a long term relationship (take that for what its worth). She was a bartender at a local bar when this situation happened.

I only recall recently seeing a cart girl at any course ive ever played at and I think it was because it was the memorial weekend and business was greater. She was pretty cute but I didnt buy anything, i usually bring my own cooler with either gatorade or water in it, never have consumed alcohol while playing as I dont very often anyway and Im sure would not be beneficial to my game. I dont mind a nice distraction once in a while but its just not something i normally see around here.

"My" course has a couple of gals that rotate between the cart and the bar. They are usually out there for leagues and events, not so much if any during open golf.

Eagle Falls in Indio, CA has two gorgeous cart girls with great bodies and cute accents. If you're ever in the desert I highly recommend that course! Great track as well and good prices. Every hole seems so much different and carved right through parts of Indian territory.

I beg to differ.....If my round is sucking majorly, and I get way tooo stresses, a few drinks helps to sooth the pain...

My quick story about a cart girl:

My buddies and I were on a weekend golf getaway in Virginia. i dont even remember the name of the course, but it had a few gimmick holes (a par 6, a par three where you teed off at homeplate of a makeshift baseball diamond), anyway the cart girl (99.99% sure she was a stripper), was silly. She was a foreign woman, prob late 20's, huge fake cans, weaing next to nothing and pink latex go go boots. Needless to say we found the need to purchase anything and everything from her throughout the round just to get some additional interactions with her. The funniest line of the weekend came from a buddy of mine. We all just bought a few beers and some snacks, and my buddy looks in his hand and has a bag of doritos and says, "Did i just buy doritos???, i dont even like doritos." Maybe you had to be there but that was my cart stripper story.

Ha... I've played that course (it's Meadows Farms near Fredericksburg, VA) and I think I've seen that woman there when we had a tournament down there one year. It was me and 3 guys in their 50s. Man, I don't know how much money they gave her, but golf took a backseat to their constant "discussions" of her. Damn, dirty old men. If I remember, we still finished 3rd, but the whole trip back... it... never... stopped. Good times...

Oh, and if you played the baseball hole and the par 6, then you were on the Waterfall 9 and the Longest Hole 9. The Waterfall 9 has that awesome (and not so ironic) waterfall hole. We spent 5 minutes bouncing up and down on the rope bridge trying to get someone to fall in the water. Came close, but not quite.

I played a local course one day where the cart girl was just super, super hot. She wore these super small shorts and a bikini top and instead of driving up to where the groups were, she would pull up to the green or tee box we were coming up on and lay across the front of the cart getting some sun. Needless to say, every group would drive through the traps or over the green to get to her! I'm betting she made a ton of cash that day.
