Big break audition

Well guys, I was selected to audition for this upcoming series of the Big Break... I was not go to audition with everything I have going on but my wife convinced me that it was the right thing to do. Great to have a supportive wife like that. The audition is going in Orlando the end of this week. I'll let you guys know how it goes...

i filled an application in once (can be lengthy) and as i was about to submitt i closed the screen

thought i am not even close to good enough for that show....id be the first guy off for sure!! haha!

I wonder what the producers choose by on that show. Seems like a lot of people who've made it onto that show aren't much better than the best player at your home course (of course some have been), so I'd assume once they verify you've got a legit handicap at least near scratch, they'd choose players like other reality shows: hot girls, people who will cause a ruckus and create tension or are just weird and entertaining. I like the advice of instituting some weird catch phrase ("PURE!") you say just before you swing, or something else eccentric and slightly ridiculous like that.

First - congrats. Second - remember, this is entertainment not golf. You can't be anyone but yourself (and I assume you can't fake being a hot chick) so just know that you made it into a pretty selective group of people (the term selective may speak for itself). Seriously, take advantage of a chance to have a lot of fun - there is no downside here.
