That is good as well. Counter to what people think, weight lifting increases mobility if you perform a full range of motion, getting that deep stretch under load.

Day 160 1-20 Backswing focus tonight making sure wrist is slighly cupped. Worked on wrist arch in downswing. Pausing at top, but shorter duration

Day 2 (20 Jan 26) - Similar work as yesterday - started with lead hand solo drills with the 50°, followed by series of pitches and chips utilizing full setup.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I do lift weights but I’m also adding yoga or Pilates for mobility and flexibility to my routine. -

Day 18: 2026.01.20 Continuing work on arm raise during backswing. Starting to feel less weird, especially the slower I go. Looking like a busy week so might be the weekend before I can hit some balls.
